Finally after one week waiting my address and id are verified. I have a €1700 pending withdrawal; and thought they should pay it out after my documents where verified. But I was wrong; I cannot login to my account anymore. I contacted support by email, and they just told me that the management has decided to close my account until the verification is approved. And that my withdrawal will be approved after verification. Seriously, I made 10 deposits in this site , and I sit and wait now .. but for what ?? Because this they don’t tell. Super sick. Jelle77
Update: now we are 5 days later, and I got an email that all my documents are pending. ( but I got confirmation mails one week ago that they where approved), I still cannot login to my account, and my €1700 withdrawal is still pending.
If I read the review from Jenny then it’s also time for me ( and everyone else ) to file complains at askgamblers.com

Scatters is a scam, always new things for verification and every document pushing with 48hrs. I made a withdrawal request on Saturday for 2500+1000 euro but the just keep stalling everything with nonsense and bull****. I have prepared a long email with screenshots of the chats with live support and I will send it to the shareholders so they know what they are investing in.

Betrug vom Feinsten
Am Anfang nach und nach Geld eingezahlt.
125 Euro insgesamt. Damit konnte ich zum Glück 600 Euro machen. Bis hierhin war alles wunderbar. Dann lud ich meine Dokumente hoch. Ausweis genehmigt, adressnachweis nicht. Ich habe mittlerweile 4 Dokumente hochgeladen. Versicherungsschreiben, Rechnungen, sogar eine aktuelle Lohnbescheinigung. Alles wurde abgelehnt!!
Das geile daran ist, ich habe Schwarz auf weiß, dass der livechat mir genehmigt hat eine lognbescheinigung hochzuladen.
Mittlerweile habe ich die MGA eingeschaltet. Es ist rätselhaft wie dieses abzocker Casino eine Lizenz bekommen konnte. Ich warte mittlerweile seit einer Woche auf meine Verifizierung und dementsprechend auf mein Geld. Ich warne euch dort zu spielen, und hoffe das die mga mir mein Geld besorgt, danach können die mich mal…

Hi, ich weiß noch nicht ganz recht wie ich das Casino beurteilen soll. Anfangs habe ich gespielt 650 und 100 Euro auf Auszahlung, naja habe 2 Tage gewartet und dann wollten sie Adressnachweis und Ausweis was ich natürlich hochgeladen habe. Sind jetzt schon einige Tage her und dann habe ich den Support angeschrieben und die meinte das es noch in Bearbeitung ist... Naja, wie das Schicksal so will habe ich die Beträge storniert und gespielt....Und habe wirklich eine Glücksträhne gehabt. 45000 Euro die ich auf 5 Beträge zum auszahlen aufgeteilt habe. Nun warte ich seit fast einer Woche das meine Papiere verzifiert werden und mir das Geld ausgezahlt wird. Ich habe mein Account nun für 24 Std sperren lassen, damit ich das Geld nicht wieder verzocke und werde morgen den Support anschreiben... Ich hoffe wirklich das ich das Geld bekomme sonst werde ich einen Anwalt einschalten und schauen wie meine Chancen stehen. Wünscht mir Glück

Conflicting customer support responses along with prejudice.
After winning a few 100€ i decided to withdrawl my winnings. i contacted the support in hopes of answers to when my withdrawl would be processed, i am then met with the answer that i need to get my account verified and after that the withdrawl process should only take MINUTES. i went through the process and got verified just a few hours later, i then tried withdrawing againd and went to bed. when i woke up it was still not processed. i then once again contacted support and got the answer this time around that it would take up to 48 hours, which i declined as i had been told that it would take minutes after being verified. i then asked why there was only a bank transfer option for withdrawls to my supprise i got the answer "Please note that the casino has made the choice to only offer this option for swedish players" which is insanely prejudice as every other casino offers either skrill or trustly to their customers.
no matter reply here i will say this to anyone, DO NOT play on scatters. all of their support people say diffrent things and nothing makes sense.

First of all, my first winning i got there ( 2000 euros)
Couldnt withdraw because they would not accept my kyc documents, even tho everything was legit and each time they answer with different reasons and make it longer on purpose, so basically your money is locked, all you can do is play.
after month, seeing my balance is on 0 , they accept it instantly, without any questions askes, huh suspicious?
next is this bonus scam, basically you add 50 eur and get 10 euros, but you have to wager 100x10 eur, or you cant even withdraw your own money 50 Euros and its same about your winnings, so they are asking for you to lose it all, because there is like 1 in 100 you gonna wager from 50 euros to 1000 euros.
this is worst experience ever in gambling site, even those emails they send you after 3 working days.

Teleurgesteld in Scatters. Mijn vriend en ik wachten al weken op ons geld maar is nog steeds niet gestort. Ze hebben ook zomaar de transactie stopgezet terwijl wij dit niet hebben gedaan. Daarna zijn ze een zogenaamd onderzoek gestart waarvan we niks meer horen. We zijn 200 euro kwijtgeraakt en zouden deze graag terug willen zien met onze winst erbij.
Update: We zijn nog steeds aan het wachten en hebben geen reactie….

We are licenced by the MGA which means that we are audited, as are our suppliers (the makers of the titles you play), and any breach of the rules would see licences being revoked.
I understand the frustration when you aren't seeing the rub of the green as it were, however the Return To Player figure, or RTP is into the 90%'s, and is over a number of games and players - it won't guarantee YOU that RTP, however on average every €100 in wagers the game sees, generally 90 - 95% will be paid back out.
As is the nature of gambling, if someone is winning, someone else isn't - I am sorry that you are not having great luck at the moment, fingers crossed it changes for the better.
