Complete runaround with withdrawal. I'm verified they're not waiting on anything from me. They keep telling me 48 hours the 48 hours comes and goes and I've never received anything. The first time told me 48 hours, then the site went down for maintenance for 2 days and I still haven't been paid. Spoke to somebody while they were doing maintenance who told me it would be issued within 48 hours. Still nothing. It's a measly $350. Imagine if it was a big one. Lost all confidence in this company.

So apparently their lack of processing things in a timely manner is now my issue? Like seriously because they've taken too long to pay me out. That's a reason to cancel my withdrawal? Haha complete and total scammers. Lookout players!

One of the better casinos out there. First of all a really clean and nice design on the casino itself, easy to navigate and it responds quickly! (not filled with badly coded javascripts that halts your computer or phone like many other casinos)
The customer service is friendly, professional and a joy to communicate with. If you ask for a quick withdrawal they will not stall unessecary , but expedite quickly. They also are generous with loyal players with gifts here and there.

I would advise eveneybody not to spend a dime at this casino. It is one big scam. They just operate to not pay out at any time. They do not respond to emails, they keep asking for documents. So you as a gambler cancel the withdraw and gamble the money again. And if you want the withdraw they say you used bonus money and take all you winning and give you 25 dollars so you keep gambling again. IT IS A SHAME. Never play on scatters.com.

I've been playing on this site for a while now and won something for the first time last week. My account verification was already a hassle and I had to upload files several times. After almost a week my account has finally been verified, but I have now been waiting a week for my first payout and this whole lengthy process makes me very insecure.

I send an valid and correct claim to them first week of May and despite I pushed them every week during four month, they
simply ignore it and obviously decided to handle clients claim by not act or answer.
I have also asked them many times to send me my made transactions as well as copy of theirs previous T&C
due to they changed them after they received my claim, but also there just totally silence.
Even the worst blacklisted scam casino´s normally answer anyway, while Scatters casino just simply don´t care.
Background on my claim is that I having a problematic playing addiction as I went into after my divorce six years ago.
It all ended up so badly that I was hospitalized for my addiction under three month during 2018.
I started at that time to use the Swedish playing tool game break which locked myself for all gaming at all
casinos whom have license in Sweden, and by law can approach players in this market.
According to the Swedish law from January 2019, only casino whom have license in Sweden have legal right to act here and to approach Swedish player.
It is stated clearly that a casino without Swedish license are making an criminal action if they in any way do marketing or process Swedish players.
To offer bonuses or campaigns except the first welcome- bonus is also strictly forbidden, even for a casino with license.
1: Scatters VIP staff did without Swedish license during 2020/2021 active and deliberately processed me on weekly basis with running campaigns, bonuses
and cashbacks encourage me to play, despite they very well know it´s against the Swedish law. I have whole binder of material that proofs this.
2. CJEU has have repeatedly recognised EU countries’ rights to restrict the cross-border supply of certain gambling services where necessary to protect public interest objectives such as the protection of minors, the fight against gambling addiction, and the prevention of crime and fraud.
3. Scatters T&C (contract) will be classified as unfair according to EU Directive 93/13 of 5 April 19, and a company’s T&C doesn’t go above country laws and EU directives.
* T&C (contracts) shall not obliging the consumer to fulfil all his obligations where the seller or supplier doesn’t.
4. It is also stated according to Chapter 19, second paragraph of the Swedish Gaming Act: "there is an obligation not to provide Payment Solutions to casino whom lack a Swedish license". I have thereby asked Scatters repeatedly for my made transactions, but they refuse to answer that as well.
5. It was on top of all this also quite obvious for Scatters that I had a heavy playing addiction.
One example was when I had an balance of euro 75.000 and wanted to make an withdrawal in August 31 -2020.
Then they suddenly asked for huge many additional document despite I was verified already.
But when I sent all that asked additional docs as they wanted, my withdrawals was still not processed 5 days later.
In the end I played it all back of course as they waited for, and after that they gave me a lot of big free bonus money and encourage me heavily to continue.
All this correspondence is saved of course. They on the other hand never asked for such extra documents during my huge deposits, as they must according to the T&C.
6. There where two other casinos involved in my claim process for same issue and both of them chose an settlement instead of a process.
They of course understood that they had broken the law, while Scatters decided to not even answer. Scatters have got proof on these settlements as well.
7. My damage is so much more than just money, but I choose to legally only demand reimbursement for my net loss euro 59.180 as I made with Scatters
during 2020/2021 when theirs loyal team against the Swedish law and EU directives, processed me more or less every day by phone and mail.

They scammed 600 euros from me, dont trust this site!!!
So i deposited 120euro whit 30% bonus and tryed to withdraw 600euros after like 3 hours of playing but it sats all my money is bonus money and i need to play like 5400 to withdraw
I got email from scatters that says
” Thank you for your message!
The wagering requirement of 35x applies to both, the deposited amount of €120 and the bonus part of €36””
So they tell me, that when i got bonus of 36 euros, that made my whole deposit of 120euro bonus money to that i need to wager, can send more pics from email. This is a big scam site only. There is no way my deposit money should become bonus money only for a 36euro bonus!
I had an 80 cent leftover on my account and i deposite 92euros, so i had 92 euro real money, 80 cent bonus money, playd for like 3 hours and had 600euros, tryed to withdraw but it claimed all was bonus money and total wagering 5460euros from a 36euro bonus, i feel so scammed. Playd many hours and eventually lost it all, and was not even close to get that 5460 euro spinned. And all from a 36euro bonus.
Update: I been emailing scatters for a while now and they tell me that when i made an deposit of 120euros and gained 30% bonus, i need to wager the 36euro bonus and the 120euro i deposited, that makes no sense to me that my 120euro is now turned to bonus money becos i took 30% bonus.
They basicly stole 600 euros from me. Dont trust this site.
So only cos of 36euro, it turned my 120euro deposit into bonus money whit a huge wagering amount that is inpossible to get.
Here is the email i got…

And i did a deposit of 120euro whit 30% bonus, but in my world i should only need to wager the 36euros bonus money 36euros before withdraw, not the 120 thats my money i deposited.
