Hade höga förväntningar inför vårt besök i lördags men Scarpetta blev en stor besvikelse. Minimala portioner, iskall lokal så man fick sitta med ytterkläderna på, servitör som ständigt frågade om vi i... Se mere

We chose Pici with N'duja sausage. I'd never had this type of pasta before. It's hand rolled, hollow tubes which are VERY filling. Portion size is generous - about twice as much as we normally ser... Se mere

Scarpetta provides authentic fresh pasta meal-kits. Our food is inspired by the cafes and trattoria’s of Italy, time often stands still. Meals are savoured, never rushed, drinks are sipped and conversation is lively. This is the experience we wanted to bring to our three London restaurants. And now, we have created a pasta meal-kit that would also deliver this authentic Italian experience to your home.

I placed an order a week ago. It has not arrived. Very disappointed - it was a present and we'd ordered for a special occasion. Service from the team suggests they simply do not care.

Simon, as we discussed we hope you forgive us and we're sure we'll make it up to you on our second delivery! :) Let us know!
Poor service and food
I have just been to the CW branch. The service was awful! It was busy but a few times we asked the waitress for a menu and she got side tracked and quite frankly seemed to be taking her time with everything.
We ordered drinks, they got the order wrong and it was one of the worst drinks I have ever had, they did on request cut the price of that is half with no argument. I asked for tap water and needed to wait for 20 mins
The food was also substandard, the pasta I had went cold quickly and tasted like rubber.
It’s such a shame as it was nice to be out after what seems like a long detention, but the service and food was so bad I could not wait to get back home again!

Thanks for your review, however this is not meant to be for our restaurant but reviews are for our online meal kits as you will see for www.scarpettapasta.com.
We're sorry you had a bad experience. Please write to us on info@scarpettapasta.com and we'll make sure to make it up to you! :) We are proud Italians and sure something must have gone wrong as our customers really love our pasta! We hope you understand also that restaurants are having serious issues with finding staff and some days when someone calls in sick and we find ourselves short staffed. We are just trying to survive after a horrible 18 months and now this...

Excellent Italian Experience
Excellent fresh pasta, easy to cook and feels like a restaurant experience. Beautifully packaged with a handwritten note with the order gives it a personal touch. Great value for money. We are thinking of ordering as gifts for friends as it’s a lovely relaxing mealtime experience.

Our second order from these masters of Italian was as delicious as the first, the pasta is sublime, and the hand written card in the box is a nice touch. We love Italy, but this is the next best thing. Keep up the excellent work!

Scarpetta went above and beyond
Scarpetta went above and beyond. Our previous order had delivery issues, and they generously sent us a complimentary order to make up for this. The food arrived safely this time and everything was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family. I highly recommend Scarpetta!

Treat yourself, now!
Definitely recommend. Decided to treat myself for my birthday. Easy to follow instructions and restaurant quality food. Really felt like we were eating out. Couldn’t choose a favourite. And as a vegetarian there were lots of options for me. Will be ordering again soon

The pasta were too hard and tough and rubbery for our liking and for its quality it is over priced - we will stick to our local Italian deli whose freshly made pasta are more to our taste. Will not order again.
