awful customer service, I ordered on the 1st of December and paid for it straight away. It's not even been posted more than 2 weeks later, I contacted customer service who apologised for the "slight" delay, and they'd post within the next day or two. That hasn't happened and I'm fairly sure I'll never actually receive the item. Would strongly advise against buying anything from them, I'll definitely look into reporting this company as I'm starting to worry it's a con.

UPDATE: since writing the review, I have received my order - however, it just randomly turned up, there wasn't an update on the order or anything, and in fact in the delivery tracking it is still marked as 'order placed'. In email exchange with Scandi Home it also turned out that the delay was caused "due to the item being in the country but not yet with them", meaning it was in fact not in stock when it was marked as such. I feel like that's not very honest with customers!

I've also been contacted by Trustpilot regarding this review, apparently Scandi Home believe it wasn't based on a "genuine experience" and I had 3 days to provide "evidence" - also a bit cheeky I feel to try and get negative reviews removed!

I never received my item. It was demaged during delivery. I contacted customer service by email an phone but no reply. They even take my money and no refund.

I felt the experience I had with Scandi home was really poor. I ordered a product marked as in stock on the website which took four weeks to arrive. I was told by customer service this was because the product was out of stock and they were awaiting stock. When I asked for more information about why they were selling products as in stock which weren't they stopped replying.

I then received the product without being told it had been dispatched.... It was just in my recycling bin one day.

Not a great experience and I won't be buying from them again.

Have not received my items after a month (£100 value ) customer support have not resolved and am still waiting for a refund. May need to get in touch with trading standards to resolve this

Fantastic range of products, ordered a kids duvet, contracted Scandi-home as the delivery tracker was not working. Received a prompt response and a very kind follow up to ensure everything was ok.

The teapot looks great but leaks everywhere through the base ... very disappointed customer !!!

After a 2 week wait finally received my order only to find a completely trashed and broken box with the item inside missing. Have had no response from customer support regarding replacement or refund. Absolutely useless, would not reccomend, which is shame since their products do look good.

Very poor service. Item never arrived, despite being assured that it had been dispatched. Slow response to emails and their telephone number is non-existent. I will never purchase from this company again.

Once my order had been placed and my money taken there was no communication or customer support from the company at all. The item I ordered wasn't in stock..they didn't tell me until I chased after a week. I was then told delivery in about 5 days..this didn't happen. I chased again and agreed to cancel the order and get a refund..this didn't happen. I chased yet again and finally got a refund. This all spanned about 3 weeks. Just to complete the poor service the phone number on the website is unobtainable.

It took ages for the product to arrive, 3 weeks. Customer services very slow to respond to e mails and when they did there was not much detail.

No despatch confirmation, no tracking number, no goods received.

Waste of time.

Luckily I paid with PayPal so refund was quick and easy...

The teapot arrived safe and sound and looks just as good as it did online. We're getting good use out of it and are pleased with the quality. Would have been 5 stars but for 2-3 day delivery ending up being 7, not really the end of the world but just useful to know if it's going to be longer. Overall really happy and will be shopping with Scandi Home again.

I had no communication for over two weeks. When the product arrived i was however delighted. Really poor customer services that desperately needs some attention...

The delivery was slow and I didn't trust the tracking app,
but the purchace got here eventuslly & all in tact. Thank you

I am a real person that has spent real money and waited real time. I had an unfortunate experience of no delivery due to a poor courier [EVRI], Scandi responded promptly to every email sent , when my purchase was returned to base by the courier , Scandi immediately offered to resend or refund , I chose refund , It so sad that a poor courier can give have such an impact on a great seller.

Super speedy delivery and great price! Only thing was I didn’t receive tracking or an email confirmation, however, the customer service team were quick to get back to me.

Claims of fast shipping on the site are incorrect. You can expect it will be 10-14 days to ship. Additionally, the number on the site is not a real number. However, they responded quickly to refund my order.

I ordered a print at the end of August and waited 10 days for it to be delivered despite a 3-5 working day policy. I had to then email customer service to ask whether it had been dispatched at all. The order hadn’t been processed in the first place despite the money being taken. I finally received the print nearly 2 weeks after I placed the order. The print itself is fine.
