After problem with delivery company Scandi Home quickly sorted it. Pleased with product and service as great discount was offered.

Update: Poster still not delivered and refund not processed despite being told it would be. Have contacted Consumer Champions at the Guardian and suggest others do so too.

My poster has not arrived. I ordered it on 18 Feb - one month ago. Chased up twice. Said I would cancel order if it had not been not shipped. Was told it had been shipped. Apparently it was dispatched on Monday this week. No sign of it. I want a refund and apology for being messed about.

The stool is actually lovely but 1 of the legs is much longer than the other and responses re. this are slow.

Ordered mugs at the beginning of January and expected them to arrive within a week as stated on their website. Contacted them multiple times and the date kept pushing back. Told me they’d be sent on a 24 hour service once they get the mugs … so they sell products they don’t even own and then you’re expected to wait until they arrive from China.
Always answered my emails quickly when I asked for a date but when I asked for a refund I didn’t get a reply - surprise surprise. Had to open a dispute through Monzo and they sorted it all.

As of today the delivery date on the mugs continues to change so they clearly still haven’t got the actual products but continue to sell them without stating it’s a pre order

Product was ok, but very slow to post even though item was supposedly in stock. No response to first email asking where foods were. Goods mysteriously arrived after a threat to push through a credit card cash back claim.

Although the item did arrive, it took a very long time and I had to chase to find out where it was.

I’m happy with the actual product though.

Order was placed two weeks before Christmas on 5 day timeline. We eventually received the order at the end of the 3rd week in January - really disappointed as a surprise present for my daughter.
Was informed 4 days before Christmas that it wouldn't be here in time - was offered a 10% reduction in price which has not been received. Have emailed the owner but with no response.

Do not order - they don’t reply to emails and I’m still chasing my refund

Took almost a month the deliver a print I ordered. And it wasn’t particularly cheap. Wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered bedding for my son’s birthday but it took a month to arrive and so wasn’t here in time.

Placed an order on 30th novemebr and it is the 11th of January and still haven’t received it, company is also ignoring my emails disgusting

Although the products are a good value, it's very clear that the reason they're cheap is because Scandi is ordering them from overseas. When I ordered, there was no notification that my products weren't in stock (wish I'd read these reviews first!) - only given a delivery date of four to the days. I had to chase up three times before finally receiving a Christmas gift that I'd ordered Dec. 8th in early *January*. Only order if you don't care about when your product arrives and you don't mind having to email customer service repeatedly (because there's no phone number to call) just to get what you paid for.

The item was okay, but it took ages to be shipped. It wasn’t even a bargain, so definitely didn’t worth shopping from this shop and waiting for that long. Very poor communication and customer service.

The gift I purchased was just as I expected. Good quality handmade gift and it arrived before Christmas so I was able to present it to the intended recipient.

Although delivery was efficient and the contents intact the item was sent out with no protective wrapping and the address label was stuck directly on to the box. This was a gift that arrived with a damaged box and sticky label which could not be removed - not impressed

Items came intact and well packaged with a hand written thank you note. Took a little while due to the strikes, and upon contacting customer service, received a reply within 48 hours. Overall a positive experience and would order from scandi-home.co.uk again!

This company ignore e-mails and, as stated by other reviewers, they have a telephone number which is unobtainable.
Very poor customer contact if you have a query.
Equally poor despatch and delivery times.
I would not order from this company again.
If there was an option to give zero stars I would.

Poor communication, only dispatched the item a month after I ordered it, and only after multiple emails asking where it was. Didn't even respond to my last few emails. Also the item was scratched when it arrived. Hopefully they will do better next time and this was a one off?

Fantastic service. Loved the clock so much I ordered another one. Will definitely order again.
