Purchased product having read that 100 days to try and full refund if not absolutely satisfied, no questions asked... but when I tried to charge it before use, as instructions state, it didnt seem to charge, and the "blow" facility was less than a gnat breathing on my face! Requested to return and was told they don't accept returns for hygiene reasons, they don't offer refunds on sale items, etc etc.
I went back to website which was saying, we are so confident you will love it, that if you don't, you can have a full refund AND keep the product!!
Lucy Brown says, I will forward your message to the relevant team and you then hear nothing forever.....
AND NOTE.... Your 60 days ( not 100) start the day you ORDER, not when you receive it....

MEGA SCAM COMPANY.
OH......If this is a bona fide company, seems odd that "Lucy Brown" is the ONLY customer care expert....

Bought new product Tiana. What a load of rubbish, tried to get a return and refund same day it was delivered. Not interested in customer, only selling products. Told as it was on offer no refund. Advised does not work, no reply at all. Don't buy from this company.

I purchased the savvy Viva after seeing an ad for it. I received the product and tried it out. I found it to be just as effective as other devices. So I asked for a refund. They told me that because it's "on sale" they can't issue a refund. That's all of their products! They do this so they don't have to return anybody's money. Horrible company to deal with. Especially when their intentionally ripping people off by not giving them a refund if they ask for it.

The website makes you think you'll have an amazing experience, however, the intensity and functionality of their products is very unsatisfactory, don't waste your money, you can get better vibrators off temu for much less

Package arrived faster than expected in a regular brown box. No way to tell what was inside from looking at it. Tracking updates were really helpful. Even the receipt inside was tastefully done.

Trying to get a refund for over a month. Product does not work. Will not charge. According to reviews send refund request with order number and refund will be process in minutes, SCAM

I had posted earlier in the month about this company and had removed it because they had responded to me, but since there has been no service from this company, I am now reposting:
I ordered the product by mistake & it somehow added 2 to the order on top of it. I immediately wrote an email canceling the order. The phone # doesn’t work. It was over a week before I received an email from the company, after I posted negative comments online. I was told once I received the products, they would honor the return and credit my account. It is now. Dec. 21 & I haven’t recd. the products! I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau
