What a great store so helpful and friendly. Alisha is amazing every time we come in with a different project. Aisha has helped us purchase a kitchen, work out materials needed for a shed roof, worked out how many sliding doors etc for fitted wardrobes.
Today has helped us with materials needed for the inside of our shed. Thank you Alisha you are a big help.

Donna from the Wigan branch was very helpful when we needed advice on worktops. She went out of her way when our original ones were no longer available. We needed awkward sizes which she found for us and kept us informed at every stage. With her help the problem was resolved. We are very happy with our worktops and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Steve and Chris DeSilva

Ordered a kitchen from the Blackpool branch.Tracy was great with the initial order. Not everything turned out right but Gary who I think was the manager stepped in and the after sale service was very good. He sorted everything out and was handy for helpful advice.👍

Customer service is about as useful as the staff were at the wigan store following a visit 17th september were i was subjected to the worst customer service i have ever experianced i spoke to there customer complaint team who promised to get back to me now 2 months later following several excuses from the gent i had spoken to ranging from sickness, company being sold it now has just been swept under the carpet and forgoten about despite requests for an update every 2 weeks.
Clearly this appears not to be just an isolated incident of poor service but more a cultural view that lying to customers is clearly acceptable.
Good luck to the new owners having inherited a company with these values.

Extremely poor service I never expected. My worktop supposed to be delivered on Saturday, driver turn up without the item. After a phone call from Me I found out that They don't know what happened, but the procedure shouldn't take longer that 48 houres and the worktop will be delivered. Its Tuesday today so 4 days later and They still dont know when and how I will recive my worktop. No phone call, no massage they just simply dont care.Potentially could be in few days or few weeks. We are without the kitchen for a while and thinking that We ware push back to the end of the que.

Dave was very polite and helpful. He moved the boards to where I wanted them. He also arrived in the time window I was given. Excellent service. Thank you .

Had a large delivery today from Savoy Timber Wigan, ordered online on Friday and delivered on the Sunday. Fantastic service from Savoy, especially the driver Dave. Cheerful and VERY helpful, went above and beyond to help me put the timber where i needed it. Thank you so much for your help Dave, you saved me about 2 hour’s moving the timber by myself

Excellent service found a great bargain price for new doors, really please with the price & service the staff were so lovely & friendly & delivery was time they stated & the doors are top quality for our price range. We would recommend you & definitely shop here again

I ordered decking with Savoy Timbers in Wigan. Order was processed and delivered really fast! The delivery guy was so lovely I didn't quite catch his name but he was friendly, professionally and very pleasant! Highly recommended!

Not very impressed at all. Ordered two made to measure doors on 25th September. 16th October two wrong doors turned up (two bifolds).
Contacted Savoy and they arranged to collect on Saturday 21st October but as yet no sign of my doors, no apologies or even updates to say when they will arrive.
Based on there info, I arranged a joiner for the 17th Oct. Told them this but no further feedback. They have cost me time of work and a cancelled joiner.
Very poor customer service.

I ordered some materials from savoy at 5am on their website by 930 they rang and said they could deliver the same day . I got home expecting to have to move the timber off the driveway but the delivery driver had nearly stacked the delivery at the side of the house . Amazing service x

We dealt with Dave yesterday, I don't really leave reviews, but Dave went above and beyond what I would have expected, once his office informed that I wouldn't be able to accept the delivery he rang me and made his own special arrangements to make the delivery. I would definitely use the company again, especially if this is the standard of service.

Wow wow wow I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon, I then received a call straight after informing me they could deliver the following morning. Dave the driver delivered on time and was absolutely amazing. I am so impressed and will definitely recommend. Keep up the good work

Dave on delivery was great, gave me a lot of help with a heavy load. The timber's wet but it is treated so should be ok in a few days undercover.
