Terrible service
Terrible service, overcharge for lousy delivery service (twice as much as what it actually costs) and just make a bunch of excuses when you contact them. Never use them again.

I ordered 4 boxes of Acuvue lenses by express shipping and it literally came in 2 days by UPS. The lense seems to be genuine as what you would get from a clinic as I'm able to wear without any problems. Quite impressed with their speed and service so far.

The slowest shipping ever they literally hold your order unless you pay extra for faster shipping its a rip off they would be great if they just filled the order in a timely manner instead of blaming shipping speed on the carrier I can get a package in 3 days from California to Tennessee with the cheapest post. It has been over 6 days since I ordered my contacts and they haven't even left the warehouse.

Please note your order was placed with free standard shipping. Kindly note as indicated on our shipping page, there is a processing time-frame for all standard shipping orders before shipment as they are in queue. As your shipping method is USPS 1st Class for standard shipping, the shipping time-frame would be at the mercy of USPS. If you want faster processing and delivery time, it would be a good idea to select express shipping.

Paid for expedited shipment and there’s hiccups in ups
I ordered some contacts and paid one day shipping and didn’t get my shipment until a week later due to an ups shipping problem. It defeats the whole purpose of paying so much money for a one business day shipping price.

If the Acuvue 2 do not fit well, it may mean this particular lens no longer works for you. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of the lenses, you may relay your concerns to the manufacturer Johnson & Johnson directly.
