Been ordering here twice a year for my contacts since 2019. Contacts always come in the mail without any issues. Will continue to order here in the future.

I was reluctant to order from a new company, but let me tell you……easiest experience I’ve ever had! Definitely only buying my contacts from here moving forward. AND I didn’t get spammed with a million marketing emails either!

I have been ordering contacts from them since 2016 (and maybe before). Since my first order, they've done a fantastic job getting my contacts ready and shipped very quickly. Only once have I used the expedited shipping since they are so fast, and received them next day! I also love their re-order button on their site, it makes it so easy and painless to quickly re-order over and over again. They even have contacts in stock and ready to ship same day that my doctor's office told me would be 3 weeks before they could get them shipped - and I'm still saving money over ordering from them. I'm a quiet customer who doesn't like to have to make calls and deal with people to order things, and definitely hate having to go through customer service for anything, so I'm super grateful for this company and thought I'd write probably my 3rd ever online review :)

Good customer service. I wanted to buy some color lenses but I never worn any contacts before.

The guy who picked up the phone was super helpful. I asked him tons of questions and he didn't feel bothered. He asked for my eye color and after talking for 30 minutes on the phone, we finally got to the conclusion of choosing the cosmetic hazel contacts. The contacts came quick in around 12 days and they work great!

Came across this site randomly at first and now will be returning customer. Will be referring my friends here.

Apparently when I placed the order, I forgot to enter in my apartment number. Their warehouse people caught it and called me to confirm. Happy they called me or else I wouldn't have received my contacts!

beware my data got leaked on this site- not a secure merchant - Response to seller comment - if i announce my full email publicly its gonna be worse.
anyhow - trustpilot does not allow email address shown publicly - i used an app to check data leaks urs is one of a few that showed up pls make sure ur site is secure

When I ordered the contacts, instead of a confirmation number, I received an error code that said "Unauthorized Transaction" or something like that. Assuming I had input my debit card info incorrectly, I cautiously re-entered my info and tried again. I received the same message. Then I noticed that they had withdrawn the funds from my account, anyways. When I called them to find out what was going on they said, "We are having a glitch on our website, and are taking care of it. But your order was placed, and you will be receiving your contacts." I did receive my contacts - but my debit card info got stolen! Someone tried to make a $200 purchase on my card on Walmart's website. Thankfully, the purchase looked suspicious somehow to Walmart, so they flagged and cancelled the order, and emailed me about it (like a dozen times lol). So they didn't get anything.

But beware. I also looked up this site on Google and other people said the same thing. That's when I locked my debit card so it couldn't be used. I will be getting a new one.

Idk if it's the site who is responsible, or if they just have poor security. Because I am INCREDIBLY cautious with my card info - that's why I locked it right away and they weren't able to purchase anything. I am also working to report this with IC3 and the FTC. I don't *think* it is the fault of the company - since they did send me the contacts and they work great. But the "glitch" on their site certainly was strange, and is the reason I locked my card.

UPDATE: I cannot reply to the response from SaveonLens, so I'll just update my comment here. You can't find my email or name because I used a fake name on this post, and a different email. This issue caused me a ton of trouble. A friend of mine thinks Google may have actually had a data breach. It just seems too coincidental, all that happened while I was on your site.

I have used these people several times over the years. Great pricing, quick shipping, great communication every time. There really isn't much more one could want from them.

This is the best online contact lens company I've been with. Always lots of delays with other companies and customer service is just never helpful. Whereas over here, the people seem more personable. Always answer whatever questions I have.

I used to wear the focus softcolor lenses but they were discontinued and no one had them available. Searched for every online site and nothing. Saveonlens has custom color enhacer lenses which were made comparable to the softcolors I used to wear. Even though the lenses are expensive since they are custom, it is worth it as there are no other choices on the market. Really exceeded my expectations with these lenses.

10/10. Will come back again next year. Recommend this place to all my friends. If you need new lenses, this is the place to go to! No bs.

Fast delivery for the price. Saw online they had free standard shipping, air optic lenses came quickly in 10 days. Will come back if the speed is always consistent like this.

Just so you know a website called buylensonline.com is using your trust pilot in their website to scam people. So I'm starting to think some of the negative reviews you might be getting is coming from them.

I paid for express shipping and my package did not arrive on the date it was supposed to....

Very disappointed never received my order from the mail courier, they only offer to cover 50%percent of what I paid, I will not recommend this company, if you don’t get your package it’s your lost not them

I have been looking back recently on companies I’ve used and the longevity I’ve had with them, and I have to admit SOL and I go way back -I think 5-6 years. Which is a long time in my book! Thank you for consistently being great and the sole company I turn to for my contact needs.only once had a small issue and was resolved super fast! that was the only issue I’ve ever had with SOL and it’s already squared away. I love it.

Had a great experience with Save lens, very easy to place the order, customer service was outstanding. Quickly informed me that the brand of contacts I selected were not available but offered me other options which I greatly appreciate. Contacts came in a very timely manner and I am very pleased with my purchase, definitely will be purchasing again in the future.

Been ordering here for a few years. Easy to order online, package came in around 7 days by usps first class. Never cease to disappoint.
