Experience has been consistent. Contacts show up unless than 2 weeks. The reminder when refills are needed is great too! I have a strong prescription so knowing they have my strength keeps me coming back. Prices are continuing to rise, but seems like everything in life is that way right now.

Was recommended by my brother who’s been always ordering here and decided to try them out. Took a while to find the lens I wear on the website but other than that, it was quite smooth. Quite comfortable and feels the same as what I wore previously.

Always have my brand in stock. Never have any problem with ordering. Ships to the US effectively every time. And I can setup auto renew/remind to refresh my stock!

This used to be my go to site. Loved everything about them. Great quality. But idk what happened with prices . They keep going up and can no longer afford them. Looked at other sites that are way cheaper. $140 is insane for contacts :/

I no longer purchase from this company as there are much better, cheaper options. Their prices have gone up 22% over the past 2 years on the lenses I purchase.

Save on lens is $120/box compared to online and brick and mortar stores that are in the $73-$99 range/box for the same lenses.

$99 is the 2nd most expensive option from a different company AND that company almost always offers a 15% coupon, free shipping and are also on Rakuten for additional cash back.

Save on lens is stingy with coupons, sending a 5% coupon very occasionally. Shipping also takes FOREVER through sav on lens compared to other online contact lens retailers.

I can save at least over $60 for two boxes by buying from a different online retailer that provides the same service allowing you to "snooze" the prescription request for um, later upload if you choose.

I contacted customer service twice regarding their price increases and they didn't bother to respond to a customer who was loyal for over a decade so I am leaving a review here.

There is really NO reason to continue to purchase from SaveonLens.

Edited to add: Now they are threatening to take my review offline if I don't provide them with my real identifying information. They do not need that information. My review is stating facts regarding prices, discounts and coupons.

Excellent service and communication. Received my ordered contacts in less than 24 hours. Product was fantastic and I haven't had any trouble. Will definitely order again. Recommending to family and friends.

I was on the fence with ordering with this company but it has to be be said that I am Very pleased with my shipment. Package was delivered via snail mail within 7 days of my order, exactly what I paid for.. My statement today coincides with others reviewers, expect to arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Will purchase with this company again. To those expecting a stork to deliver via overnight read disclaimers a little more carefully. You pay for this company to expedite the order within 24hrs. In other words your order is bumped and filled in front of the line. I did not pay for expedited, and received an email 2 days after my order was placed, that my order was filled and was provided a tracking number with usps. Exactly as the disclaimer stated.

For those needing contacts lenses right away its probably better to see your optometrist for an emergency pair while you wait for your order to be delivered. Any reputable office will provide a sample free of charge. I've been wearing lenses all my life and know when you get down to the last box, place an order. Don't leave negative reviews on a honest company because of your own neglect. Go be Karen's elsewhere. It almost costed this company a new customer.

Very much scam likely… I think they paid for the good reviews. All of the low reviews have the same issue that I am having. I have not received my order and I paid for overnight shipping. Do not order from these people.

I really had no expectations for this website and was actually a little skeptical. I tried to order from another supplier but there were issues and had to ask for a refund. I came across this website because I didn’t want to pay for an eye exam when my vision hasn’t changed. I also read a review where the person spoke highly on how fast he gets his contacts… HE WASNT LYING!!!!! I ordered and paid for express shipping and I GOT MY CONTACTS THE NEXT DAY!! I was soo happy especially I ran out of contacts and have been abusing my last pair. I will only be using this website going forward.. it was soo easy to use and the price was honestly very competitive. Very very impressed!

I have not used this site yet. However, I plan to very soon. I came to trust pilot to help me make my decision on whether I will order from them or not. With the help of trust pilot I will be purchasing from this company. Not only because of the tons of positive reviews I don't make my decision based on that but on how well a company responds to negative reviews. Today I received my contacts a day early...they arrived from Canada in record time...had to be special ordered. From start to finish had a great experience...all positive! The agents took time to stay in the loop with my order. I truly appreciate how this company is all about customer service! Thanks team for making my day!

I really like this site, the selection is vast and the prices are very reasonable. Recently I placed a re-order and my normal brand was available, but they were back ordered for the line that I wear. I got a call next day (shoutout to Jesse C!) to let me know about the situation. I was able to update my order, over the phone, on the spot. In general I do not monitor my email inbox often, so this call saved me from several days being ‘contactless’.

On 1/17/23 I needed a detailed receipt from almost two years ago (3/24/22) so that I could make a claim on my FSA. I was shocked that they provided the same day! Way to go Support Team, y'all Rock!

First of all I have always received quality lenses from SaveOnLens. In late September my order got lost in transit. I contacted customer service and within very little time my entire shipment was replaced at no cost to me. Shout out to Taylor Z who kept me informed via email. I continue to purchase my lenses there and recommend this company.
