Same BAD experience as others
Same experience as many of the other reviewers here. Wish I'd read these first. Ordered a month ago, still not received product. Had an email blaming covid and Brexit but they've now gone quiet on me.
Will try and get money back via bank.

Scam!
Ordered January 27th. They said delivery time was 3-5 days. I sent an email first asking for a tracking number, but didn't get a reply. I sent a message on Facebook, and they contacted me by email the next day saying that there are delays because of Covid and many orders lately. Ok, that's fine.
I waited another couple of days before I decided to send a new email asking for a cancelation and full refund. No reply. I sent another message on Facebook and still no response even though the message is marked as opened and read.
I am now thinking I won't get the items or money back.
Do not trust this website. It's a total scam!
Edit: I got my money refunded. Still I do not suggest other people to order from this site. It takes ages to recieve any kind of response from them - if you do at all.
Confused, but pretty sure this site is a scam
I didn't read this company's reviews, assuming that because they carried the Satisfyer Pro, they'd also developed and manufactured it and it was a legit company. Silly me. I ordered a product and it came in just a few days, as promised. I was so pleased (satisfied) that I placed another order for different products on 01/24. My credit card was charged on 01/25, but those products have never come.
I called the company and left a message. I sent a detailed email including order number, dates, etc. and requested delivery of the order asap. I'd never received a tracking number, so asked for one.
Within two days, I received an email from them including a tracking number, but it was for the FIRST order I'd placed.🤦🏼♀️ I wrote yet another email, including screen shots of both orders, etc., explaining their error and the action needed. When I didn't hear anything for 2 more days, I wised up and called my credit card company to dispute the charge for the 2nd order.
So I'm really confused as to whether this is a legitimate business that is deliberately obtuse or downright dishonest and/or a scam, as others have indicated. Either way, I won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered from them last month and still they have not shipped my order. I have emailed the company several times to no avail. They said 1-3 days for deliver on the website. What a joke. I wish I had bought through Amazon or literally anywhere else. I feel like I was scammed, and they do not care.

Cela fait deux mois que j’attends un colis censé arriver dans les 3 à 5 jours comme annoncé sur leur site.
Le service client est déplorable. Ils prétendent chercher mon colis depuis deux mois alors qu’il n’en est rien. Il y a deux jours à peine ils m’annoncent seulement débuter les recherches et n’acceptent pas le remboursement des produits que je n’ai jamais reçu.

O artigo veio, mas o apoio ao cliente e o modo de expedição, é péssimo.
Can’t give 0 stars so....
Decided to finally get a Pro 2 given the general consensus about it, but wanted to avoid buying from Amazon (where most people seem to get theirs). Ordered from the Satisfyer UK site directly just after Christmas to take advantage of the Boxing Day sale. Money taken, no product. Within seven days the item had gone out of stock, so I figured it to be on back order but no communication either way. Continued to hear nothing as the days and weeks passed including up to today. No response to emails aside from one occasion, wherein I received a copy-paste apology about “stock bottlenecks”. Item is now back in stock on the website still at the sale price, but I have still not received one nor do I think I will ever. I am now pursuing a refund with PayPal. I’m flabbergasted that the manufacturer site itself seem to be a scam, given how popular a toy like the Pro is and how reliably it can be obtained from elsewhere. This feels like the LootCrate of toy brands! Can’t believe I’m saying this but if you really want a Satisfyer toy, buy it from Amazon.

They say to read a companies reviews before using their services and that's exactly what I should have done, I'm not even sure it is actually a company now that I have had the misfortune of having to deal with them! No customer service, no kind of remorse and no products!! I am now having to go through the process with my bank of claiming my refund from this fraud company and I would have to advise anyone even considering using this company to stay well away as you will not receive a thing not even a proper explanation as to why they are robbing peoples hard earned money!!

All the answers I am getting from customer support is that the delivery is delayed with no more information. I have already raised a complaint via EU consumer dispute resolution platform. I am advising others to also raise complaints via EU consumer dispute resolution platform, maybe it will help to resolve existing issues with the company. Do not buy anything from this company directly because you are risking to lose your money.
I feel cheated
I bought the product on their website and until today I haven't received the tracking code. Funny thing is that they waited for me to pay to send me an email saying they were having a delivery problem and so they would offer me a $ 10 coupon for the NEXT purchase. Do you know when I will buy again? Never! It's been 5 days waiting for the tracking code and so far nothing. That is wrong. You should notify customers BEFORE the purchase, because you know this has been going on for a while. How sad to know that your service is bad.

Ordered my products on Black friday. Once I payed, the the following webpage told me that I would receive an email that confirmed my order shortly. I never got that email. I wrote to customer service several times, and they said I would get an email when it was shipped from them. Last week I wrote to them that I wanted my money back, and they replied that the only thing they could do was to cancel my order. Dont know what they ment my that, because they stopped replying after that.
I was convinced that I was scammed!
Today I received my products. Still no email, but Im happy I wasn't scammed after all.
I will not be buying anything more from this company.

SCAM - They won't send your order
I made an order in the beginning of October, and they still haven't shipped my item. After asking them when they will ship it the weeks following my purchase, they told me that they were busy and had back orders.
Now, its been 2 months and they are telling me that they won't give me a refund - even though they never SENT my order, let alone me receiving it.
Satisfyer is a scam company that will take your money and not send you your product. DO NOT USE.

J'ai reçu un article qui n'était pas celui commandé, le SAV ne me propose d'abord PAS de solution, et ensuite me dit "Please expect the package shortly."
Ça fait 10 jours, je leur demande où ça en est : "We will check your information internal and contact you as soon as possible." AUCUN suivi, AUCUNE réponse, et je n'ai toujours pas le produit que j'ai payé. Une honte.
