Unfortunately a one star is too generous. I bought a bed from Sarto through Wowcher. The bed never arrived. Sarto do not answer the phone. I eventually got a short email reply saying the courier had collected it. The courier(xpd) say Sarto only provided part of the consignment. Neither is doing anything to resolve and Sarto have the money and I have no bed. If is looks like a scam…. Please other buyers be very careful with your money.

Ordered a single grey plush divan bed and mattress with 2 drawers. Delivered wrong bed a cobalt blue colour which wouldn’t go with anything in my daughters room. Ordered through wowcher, the company don’t answer their telephone or emails!! Shouldn’t be allowed to still trade! Glad I paid via PayPal who arranged a full refund but have been left with a bed and mattress that is of no use and can’t return.

Stay away from company. I am still waiting for delivery of bed. They will not pick up phone respond to any emails. Cannot even get refund to order from another company. Daughter now sleeping on floor as have no bed. Not acceptable.

Ordered 4 drawer divan bed base with headboard through Wowcher. Waited a week over delivery due date for a dirty bed base without drawers and a clip to hold it together. They don't reply to emails or answer their phone. This dirty wrong defective item is blocking my front door as they will not arrange an uplift and a full refund including delivery. Terrible company. I will be contacting Trading Standards as they shouldn’t be operating or advertising on Wowcher.

Bed delivered faulty and although I ordered a small double, I received a king sized bed. The company collected the bed on the 20th December 22 and since that date have refused to answer any of my emails and have still not received my refund. I am now taking them to the small claims court. Update:- I eventually got my refund and then today 11/12/23 I got the reply to this post, only a year late 😂😂😂

Arrived broken!!!

Brought a bed from here in December and unfortunately one of the draws on the divan base arrived broken! Have been trying since 19th of December to get in contact with someone and no one every responds. No on answers my emails with images of broken draw and no one answers the phone. Am really disappointed and would not recommend using this company.

Brought this bed for my daughter, the staff were super helpful! Kept me informed all the way through to delivery!

Absolutely love my bed! Quick delivery and good quality for the money! Communication was poor i had no email to say it was dispatched, had to phone on 2 occasions to find out the delivery. Had 2 missing screws on either side of the divan base for them to attch together but had some lying around in the house. Its beautiful tho i am over the moon with it!

The bed is lovely looks good very happy with purchase.Will buy from sartobeds again

Received the bed, delivery driver turned up, said they couldn't take it upstairs as it was down as a ground floor, when I put flat 4, up on 1 floor, so had to carry it up myself.. certain parts weren't aligned correctly, again had to do that myself.. when I phoned them, they didn't seem to care..

Fab bed for really good price. Only let down is literally no prior warning on delivery. Message late afternoon the day before. Had to arrange for someone to take it in as I had work. Read that you get charged 50.00 if your not in. So only downfall is that you better be in when they say.

Bought the monte carlo double divan bed with two end drawers. I am in love with it! Got it a week after i ordered it. Only thing wrong was a slight red mark on the footboard but i managed to put that at the bottom so it couldnt be seen and i didnt have the screws in the divan base for the bar to keep the bases together. Communication was also poor, didnt have an email to say it had bin dispatched had to phone on 2 occasions to get an update. So happy with the bed tho, i love it! My last bed i ordered looked nothing like the picture when it came i was so disappointed so didnt have high hopes when i ordered this one!
