Due to the delay of the package, the locator has not been delivered to you so far. We understand your feelings very much because the delayed delivery of the package has delayed your use and caused losses to your income. Please accept our sincere apologies.
In fact, we already arranged to ship from the US warehouse on the day we received the order. Under normal circumstances, it can be delivered within 3-7 days. However, due to the recent severe weather in the Midwest and Southwest of the United States, the spread of the Gastonia wildfire has seriously affected road transportation, and the transportation time has to be delayed, resulting in the package not being delivered to you on time. This is an uncontrollable natural disaster factor. We are deeply sorry for the loss caused to you! But please don't worry, please believe that we are already closely following up on the status of your package every day and we will be responsible for your order. If you are willing to accept our apology, we will be very grateful.

Complete package for a great price.
I inspect MRI Cryogen Vent Piping for medical systems. I placed the order for the F5100DJKABTX camera and was impressed at how quickly it arrived. Once I started playing with the camera to get to know how it works and learn about all of the functions, I was happy at how easy it was to use. I had a few questions for tech support regarding memory and warranty and they answered my questions promptly.
Once I started using the camera for inspections, I found the kit lightweight and easy to transport. Being that most of my inspections take place on the top of a ladder or a roof I didn't want something that was heavy or bulky. The camera itself works well, and the LED lights have 5 brightness levels making it easy to see in the dark spaces.

Ordered off of website and camera…
Ordered off of website and camera showed up quickly. Seems to be okay, looking forward to trying it. Only problem is that the locator case showed up with broken handle. I have reached out to customer service. I will update if taken care of.
Update: They did send me a new case to replace the broken one. They also included a guard for the camera head for my inconvenience. Much appreciated. Thank you.
