Mockery continues, today I was called by a person from Samsung UK??? who asked me about my personal data several times, repeating my name and then my email.
When I asked the person when he will send someone to repair my qled tv with 5 years warranty, he said that it is not his job.
In this case, why did he call??? Don't buy from Samsung, mockery!
5 Years Warranty.....
I have a qled tv that at some point stopped working at the beginning of December 2023.
Having a 5-year warranty, I called Samsung for repairs and they sent an individual from the repair company who replaced the screen with a defective screen from that moment.
I called Samsung again by email, on the phone it is very complicated to impossible, and they answered that it will be resolved.
Nothing. I sent again, the same automatic reply. So far nothing.
Qled TV remains non-functional...

They Don't Care
We purchased a Fridge Freezer which cost €3500 1yr and 5 mths ago, An update was required on tablet of fridge which would not update and fridge and freezer stopped working. It took 6 days for an engineer to come out and fix. no priorty given to an essential item.
Fridge and Freezer full of food all destroyed. Also have to store medication in the fridge told to claim through house insurance...
I was then told I would receive a £50 food voucher to cover essential items I asked what shop is the voucher for because I live in ROI I was told its an amazon voucher how can you buy essential food items with an Amazon Voucher in Republic of Ireland.
I will never purchase a Samsung item again as they don't care........

I booked my new phone and since there was no response or update about tracking my order, I tried ringing the customer service in Ireland, they won't pick up the call, tried web chat it always getting diverted to Samsung UK, worried to know there is no customer service in Ireland. absolutely pathetic service.

Tried to amend an order with them (Irish Customer). Couldnt get in contact, spent 30 mins going in circles with their UK suppport team until they realised it was an Irish order. They gave me a phone number that didnt go anywhere. It's not actually possible to contact them. Such a pity, I really like their tech but I cant accept that level of customer service.
Horrible company
Horrible company, did not honor 5 year warranty on washing machine due to no longer having access to the email used to purchase washing machine. I was going through separation then divorce and just after 2 years the motherboard on the ecobubble fried. Not so eco....... never buying a Samsung product again. All I spoke to on phone and emails are awful they did not care. I bought an expensive product expecting more from it than 2 years. I'm really upset over the experience. I had the receipt from currys they did not care at all.
Ordered a new oven.
Ordered a new oven.. no dispatch notification and 2 weeks to arrive, no wonder the delivery info just says "we don't offer next day delivery" Arrived broken..no QC stickers anywhere on it! Had to pay for courier delivery of the return slip myself.. their courier then collected it a week later but only to collect..no new oven in sight! Fast forward nearly 3 weeks and nothing.. contacted them and apparently they know nothing and will chase it up!! JUST SEND MY DAMN REPLACEMENT! I gave them the tracking details and everything after that is their problem..2 months..no oven, why should I wait because you lost something.. useless is not the word.

All there products are pure and utter sh#%. 3 yrs now of FIGHTING with my tablet to NOT update. Every poxy CUNTIN f£%kin day iv to click NO to a service update. The scumbags have it setup that it just randomly pops up everyday ONLY when you are pressing buttons in hopes you click "update". WT-F is wrong with me doing it myself? 3 f@#king years of saying NO. There is a poxy search bar on the tablet the length of the f#£kin screen. What fool wouldn't be able to do it themselves. Honest I'd hang someone for this design. 3 yrs and me poor 7yr old hit the update button today by accident. And surprise surprise because its Samsung once you click it your f#&ked. You can do NOTHING. No canceling it or anything Samsung just giving a big
F#%k you in the face on a Saturday morning. I did what any normal everyday person would have done. I smashed the thing to f#£king pieces with a hammer before the update was even at 10%. So thank you Samsung. I now know what brand to avoid in every single product. I know what brand to boycott everyday. Forcing f#%king people .

I won't buy Samsung ever again! Bought Samsung fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher from Harvey Norman for over €3500! They told me to register the products within 90 days and you get a 5 years warranty. Been told by the sales guys I need to download the Smart Thing app and do it there, which I did! Old phone broke (Samsung) , got the app on the new phone and all the devices are gone! Warranty gone! Called the support, can't do nothing about it. I don't know if I should have register them somewhere else or upload on the cloud, I don't care , I did what i've been told and lost everything. My new phone was Samsung ( sold it on adverts dirt cheap) but just changed it again to Motorola, as I said - my family is done with this company!
Cashback offers are a potential scam
I bought a Samsung TV with a cashback offer on Harvey Norman website. As part of the offer you cannot claim the cashback for 30 days. After the 30 days had passed I tried to claim the cashback but the link was no longer available on the Harvey Norman website or on the Samsung website. I tried the Samsung online chat function but they said they do not deal with orders bought in Ireland only the UK. The Irish Samsung customer service phone number to call gave different options to select for different departments. The technical department options disconnect immediately while the sales department options either hung up immediately, rang through and hung up or had a pre recorded message saying they were experiencing technical difficulties depending on which sales department you tried to get through to. Every option on their phoneline did not work which was a first for me ringing a customer service helpline. Non-existent customer service and their cashback offers seem to be a scam. Have reported to CCPC.

The Samsung Ireland website is a shame compared to U.K…they sent an order confirming email with a fake link… like what the actual heck. 24hrs live chat service isn’t available. Customer service hour is all mess up with U.K. absolutely nothing is working for customer service after I made the payment.

I got a replacement fridge freezer from Samsung summer of 2022 replacing a faulty fridge freezer purchased 5 years previously a cost of €2300. Unfortunately the ice maker of new fridge is not working. Rang them and u fortunately were not very helpful and am still waiting for follow up call which h they assured me would happen this morning. Would never buy another appliance from Samsung.

Our washing machine is faulty second time during last two years, waiting for repair for two months, millions of phone calls, emails, online chats..Their customer service phone number is not available at all..They are lying in their emails,saying that they can’t reach you because your phone is not available..Such a bad company!
Never ever we will buy any Samsung products again. Be aware when you are buying from Samsung, it could be your nightmare..We have Samsung TVs at home and decided between Bosch and Samsung washing machine.We bought the Samsung just because of the quality, now I can clearly see that quality it very low and Customer Support is awful.They promised to get back to us on Wednesday, so we’ll make an update later on.

Sent my watch 2 weeks ago for replacement as the sleep tracker is not working. But since have not received even a confirmation of return. Calling, emailing and chats are getting no where.
This is my last Samsung product. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years but enough is enough, with Tv, watch, phone, laundry, cooking and many other appliances. But now that's it.

If i could give zero stars I would. After year TV stopped working. They told me my warranty expired. I had a print out showing i had a 5 year warranty registered. 2 weeks later they repaired. A year later screen gone again. I refused repair under EU law and demanded replacement. They refused and said they products and repairs are to the highest standard......yes, very high standards-> TV failed after a year and repair failed after year. Will be taking legal action to claims court as transcripts confirm they are in breach of EU law.
Update: the repair company they booked told me today the repair is marked as billable. The escalation contact I spoke with yesterday told me they have they highest standards, yet they booked repair as billable even though it has 5 year warranty. Absolutely diabolical company. Will never make mistake of purchasing Samsung again and advise others to avoid
I have a Samsung American Fridge…
I have a Samsung American Fridge Freezer. Unfortunately it stopped working completely without any indication there was anything wrong with it. I contacted customer care to be informed it could take 48 hours to have an engineer call out. I have a freezer full of food and I informed the customer support agent, who did not give a toss. You would expect fridges /freezers to be prioritized based on the spoiling of it's contents.

Ridiculous company. No accessories available for sale. They expect me to buy €1500 tablet , but they wouldn't sale the accessories for it. Can't even buy a charger for it. Samsung , how do you think we could charge our expensive devices? I don't get it. I am not surprised why people switch to Apple...
