They don’t describe products they sell. What it is made of ( material ) where it is made.
I got a coat “ Made in China” I regret I have bought it. Coat much longer than I thought it would be. So I am disappointed:(

Faulty goods. No response.
Bought sunglasses in store. The lens keeps popping out. Emailed Sample Sales London and they have not responded. Very poor service, considering I paid £120 for the sunglasses. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Hello, apologies we missed your email dated September 21st, unfortunately it got to spam folder. The best way is always to contact us using the form online. As per TC all physical sales are final (bought as seen) - no refund no exchange. This was clearly stated during the sale which took place in June. We are doing sample sales for different brands, we don’t sell our own produced products hence we can not advise on any repairs nor we provide after sales service. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this purchase.

Had an issue with a return but the team at sample sale did everything in their power to get it sorted and reassured me that they were working to fix the issue.

Great sample sale in a heart of London, just behind Oxford street. Loved the merchandise and the unique designers. Staff is super helpful & friendly. Highly recommended
