Really good quality and variety of veg and excellent customer service

This was a learning curve in more ways than I knew!
One, It proved to me how little variation of veg my family would try. Two, that I used the same things all the time. Three, that in my seventies, I didn't even know what some veg tasted like!

I’m fairly new to Oddbox, had 5 deliveries so far and I absolutely love it! Great quality produce, hilarious shapes and sizes sometimes (which makes me laugh!) but the quantity and quality is superb. Easy to adjust the contents of each box and can delay delivery if I don’t need it for that week. Ten out of ten for helping reduce food waste and also ensuring I always have tasty fruit and veg to hand.

I absolutely love getting my odd box once a fortnight on a Monday morning. Sets me up for the week and with so much variety it keeps me being creative in the kitchen.

Oddbox are just wonderful.
I am able to personalise my box and plan menus for the next week. The produce arrive promptly, taste extremely good, so nothing odd there.
I've been buying for years and will certainly continue to order and look forward to my delivery.

Oddbox is a great concept - rescued fruit and veg supporting growers, straight to your door. Been using it for years. Quality is excellent and lasts longer than product from the supermarket. Any issues are quickly resolved by customer services and very rare. Its great to be able to easily choose long term exclusions, swap items on your box before delivery, and arrange holidays/ skips. A fantastic overall system and product

I was a customer of Oddbox for quite a while and liked the convenience and environmentally friendly options they offered, as well as the ability to swap items in the box.

Recently though they've been substituting things without notice (they are clear that they might do this but it began happening too regularly, there's clearly a problem their side). They started packing more items in plastic wrappers instead of paper bags. The salad leaves were going bad within a day of delivery.

The biggest problem though is their change of courier. Their couriers used to reliably turn up at a reasonable time, and even if not were quiet and respectful. Their new couriers turn up in the very early hours slamming their van doors and talking loudly on their phones, then not taking the old boxes back with them as they're supposed to.

It's not the service I signed up for so I've cancelled and gone to another company instead, which costs a little more but hopefully will be more reliable.

Always look forward to our box, good quantity, good condition, great taste.

Being a vegetarian and single mum of two (and loving this life fully😄) and trying to work for myself, I find Oddbox options, prices and varieties fantastic. Thanks to Oddbox I have tried (and loved 😍) some of veggies I would never thought of buying. Options to choose your own veg and fruit allows me to customise my meals. Helpful recipes are easy and fun. Delivery is timely, even during holidays. Communication is gentle (no bombardments of emails 🥰). So far, I am pleased and grateful👍

Fruit and veg are always fresh and good quality.
Always a surprising amount as well.
Feel it’s worth the money and will continue to enjoy this fresh and convenient way of ordering our veg.

I have been using Oddbox for a while now and I am very happy not only with the service they provide but the produce. Everything is fresh and I love the little newsletter that comes every week explaining where the produce is from and why they have it. The recipes as well are a lovely addition.

Underwhelmed by our 1st delivery

1. Driver dumped the box .37miles from our address/3 words location
2. Driver didn't follow instructions
3. Box was not waterproofed as stated on your web
4. Proof of delivery picture next to useless

This track is used by many dog walkers even early on, this could easily of been stolen.

Subscription cancelled!

We have excellent, reliable fruit and veg and the driver Puscasu who really looks after us and wraps the box when necessary
I have made some of the recipes too. Very good

We are really enjoying the odd box experience. Quality food, great prices , reliable and easy to manage.

Easy to sign up for I was tempted by the 50% off my first box. The box arrived around midnight - deliveries between 7pm and 7am are not ideal luckily it wasn’t taken. The fruit was ok a few slight imperfections on some of it but I received substitutions which I didn’t want/like. I’m therefore not happy to pay the full price and postage for subsequent boxes for fruit I do not like if what I want isn’t available. I have tried logging in to cancel my subscription several times (following the instructions given online ) but each time I try I get a 404 fault code when using safari and chrome and I’ve still not received a sign in link (to the correct email address) despite requesting them earlier today.

I have therefore had to email them to cancel my subscription, It’s Friday today and I’ve just received a text to say choose fruit for my next box by Monday!!! To make sure I don’t get a box which I don’t want I’ve skipped the next three weeks boxes whilst I try and sort this out with them.

Be wary if you sign up you may get fruit you don’t like and there’s a very short window between receiving a box and short notice before you have to choose/amend the next box.

Update heard back from their customer service department (on a Saturday!) Erin had responded and confirmed she had cancelled my subscription. Good customer service when you’ve had an issue. Hence upped my rating to 3 stars

The Oddbox service and products are amazing. Consistent, reliable and to your door. The vegetables are so fresh they last for weeks and the app is so easy to use. It allows us to swap out groceries each week, add extra products, create a list of veg we don't like and change the frequency of our deliveries (I decided to miss a week as I had too much veg!). This service has reduced our food bill as it keeps us from going to the supermarket for fresh fruit and veg every week. It's also made us eat much healthier and try out new recipes! Not to mention much less plastic packaging our bin. I love Oddbox!
