My package was sent over to Sameday.bg from Packeta and I have been waiting for almost two weeks for ANY sort of notification about my delivery but my package was in transit, saying it would be delivered to me soon. I had to message Packeta to learn that Sameday has returned my package to the sender with no given reason.
I had a terrible experience a month prior with one of their couriers who was screaming hysterically on the phone at me because I requested to return a package. She then failed to show up to pick it up as we had negotiated.
My entire experience with Sameday.bg has been nightmarish and my rights as a customer have been violated. Not to forget to mention how I stayed on the line for almost an hour and when it was my turn to speak to an operator, I was left hanging.
They didn’t answer to my emails about my current package hence why I contacted Packeta.
I will seek my rights in court and the appropriate commissions as this customer neglect has been extremely frustrating and insolent from their side.
I will make sure to spread the word on any platform and warn any further abuse from this company and their affiliations!

Куриерът звъня само един единствен път! Върнах обаждането 4 минути по-късно и никой никога повече не ми вдигна!!! Даже затваря! Поредния човек, който мрази работата си, но не може да си позволи да напусне!! Ужас

They regularly send messages that your parcel does not fit the EasyBox and ask for delivery address as if they don’t know the dimensions of the parcels and the boxes they have. After the rerouting you have to wait for days for the courier. Communication with the company is literally impossible - no one picks the phone or answers emails.

It’s a shame eMag uses them in Bulgaria.

Less than 1 is not possible.
We order a lot from Europe. And unfortunately some companies still use those incompetents people to deliver (well big word).

Package is literally in the city of delivery and stays there for days and days.

If you can avoid them, please do.

It is not reliable company. Waiting to times for delivery but never delivered.Courier do not pick up the phone. Call me to be in my place in during 10 minutes but never shows up. Do not use this company. Tracking 1yck2411720541

They are a joke. My last package was not delivered, they don't answer emails, nor calls. Avoid them.

I ordered something from China. It said it would be delivered yesterday and no one gave any sign. Today it says it will be delivered today between 6-8pm. At 5:30pm the courier called and said he was coming to deliver but I wasn't home. I asked him if he could leave it nearby but he didn't want to.

Пратката ми (012EMGXB17926206001), изпратена от Бургас към Свети Влас в 10:00 сутринта, стои в статус „в път“ вече над 5 часа. Без обаждане, без актуализация, без никаква информация. Това не е първият случай — това е третият път, в който имам проблем с вас. Без връзка с куриер, без поддръжка, телефоните не отговарят, а клиентите ви буквално стоят заключени у дома, чакайки „чудо“.

Sameday е символ на **непрофесионализъм, загубено време и нулова отговорност**.

До eMAG: ако продължите да използвате Sameday, няма да поръчвам повече от вас. Не желая да губя още дни заради един и същ некадърен куриер.

Съвет към всички: **ако има алтернатива – изберете Speedy, Econt или каквото и да е друго. Само не Sameday.**

I’ve been a loyal Zara customer for years — over 80% of my wardrobe comes from Zara, and I make purchases almost every month. But this latest experience with Zara and Sameday Bulgaria has been unacceptable.

I placed an order, paid for it in full, including shipping, and the parcel has been stuck at the so-called warehouse in Varna for over two weeks. There is no real address, no way to collect the parcel, and no one answers the phone or emails — not at Sameday, and not at ZaraCare.

If you’re going to require prepayment and offer no option to pay on delivery, then you must guarantee actual delivery. Right now, I’ve paid — and received nothing.

I reached out to ZaraCare during business hours, but got no reply. I’m extremely disappointed, and I don’t want to lose trust in a brand I’ve supported for so long. Please treat this matter seriously — this is not how loyal customers should be treated.

Поздравления – за пореден път доказахте, че не заслужавате доверието на клиентите. Пратката ми трябваше спешно днес, платена е предварително, получих СМС с точен час на доставка – и познайте? Не се появихте. Обадих се, бях напълно учтив. Получих нагли отговори, прехвърляне на отговорността и изобщо никакъв ангажимент.

Заради вашата „организация“ утре ще изглеждам несериозен пред хора, на които държа, и ще проваля планове, които не мога да поправя.

Отношението ви е обидно. Ако не знаете какво значи “професионализъм”, потърсете в речника.
Не съм ви длъжен, а вие се държите сякаш ви правя услуга, че чакам с часове!

Надявам се един ден някой реално да ви потърси отговорност.

ВНИМАНИЕ: НЕ ПОРЪЧВАЙТЕ СЪС Sameday България!
Една от най-ужасните доставки, които съм имала! Веднага след поръчката помолих пратката да бъде доставена два дни по-късно, защото нямаше да има никой на адреса. Те категорично отказаха, казвайки, че "не зависи от тях" и така или иначе ще я доставят – дори и никой да не я получи.

Звънях многократно, дадоха ми обещания за пренасочване, но всичко беше лъжа – пратката беше доставена точно на деня, в който изрично казах, че няма да съм там. По телефона се чака над 40 минути, за да ви отговори изключително груба жена, която просто повтаря като папагал: „Не зависи от нас, такава е системата“.

Накрая дори са оставили пратката на случаен човек, без да поискат лична карта или каквото и да било потвърждение.

Абсолютно непрофесионално, безотговорно и нагло отношение.
Ако цените парите, времето и спокойствието си – стойте далеч от Sameday България!

The worst delivery company ever and bad attitude and behavior of the delivery guys.... Re-shceduled delivery for today Friday on yesterday and 2 days ago, and they returned my delivery back to Romania, from Bulgaria! Crazy people!

толкова малоумна и несериозна куриерска сган няма.Повече никога няма да използвам това посмешище наречено "куриерска фирма"

The worst delivery company in Bulgaria! Avoid it at ANY COST!!!!

Three days I'm sitting home waiting for delivery! They promised to check and ring me back. Guess what! They never ring again. When I asked again where is my delivery the answer was: "we don't have information" WHO the hell, has to nave information?!

The package was picked up from the distribution center 10km away from our address. The delivery guy passed within 1km of our address and took the package 90km away from us. We were stranded waiting for the package, but in the end had to go out. Whoever plans the deliveries should be fired ASAP.

I cancelled the package.

Your clients that send packages by these i****s should feel the pain of nothing sold, reputation ruined and then pay for this.

Any package sent to me using these i****s will NOT be accepted.

I paid extra for shipping to a specific address, but on the expected delivery date, I received a message on Viber informing me that my package had been redirected to an Easybox without anyone contacting me to confirm if this was acceptable.

They sent back my (paid!) parcel without my permission. My parcel was paid, just as the delivery, in advance.
The car of the curier was broke the day my parcel was supposed to be delivered, and after this nothing happened as I asked: I redirected the parcel to a pickup point where it has never arrived but has been sent back without my permission.
Customer service does not answer in any way, I guess it does not exist at all.
Website the same: no services seems working.
Total failure in every aspect.

Refused to deliver a package because the incorrect telephone number was on the order, despite being informed of the correct number in writing several times. It took a week and multiple calls and emails to resolve.

The crapiest courier company out there. Their name Sameday never lives up its reputation. Rather than sameday, it’s be more like notsameday cause their deliveries are never ever the sameday but rather takes weeks even though it arrives in the country of destination. It’s very slow even slower than slowest tortoise out there. I’m extremely disappointed. As thus, I never recommend to chose this
