Отвратителна компания ,с отваратителено обслужване на клиентите по телефона.
Пратката ми стои 11 дни и куриера не я вижда да я вземе за разнос ?! Потресена съм направо !
Как ги избирате вашите служители ? Единия ден ме уверява г-жата ,че на следващия ще я получа а на следващия ми каза извиняваме се ! Това е най -ужасната компания ,моля ко имате вариант не я използвайте нека я закрият !!!

Avoid at all costs.
Will not even attempt a delivery, but simply ships the parcel back to China, even though they have your contact details. Their auto emails 'reassure' you that all is fine and you will have your parcel soon, while it is already on the way back to sender. Customer support couldn't care less. They have their standard emails to reply with, and that's the end of it for them.

Impossible to contact the support as they give you a number where the automated message says fill a form in the website and the form in the website is not working, conclusion no support request can be raised this after they change your delivery method

An elegant set up on the surface is a trap that will cause you issues. Sameday has streamlined and upgrading their logistics without upgrading their data sources via postal codes.

The parcel arrived late to begin with, which was already frustrating. But the real problem came when I went to pick it up on the only day I was available — the locker machine was out of order.
A Sameday representative assured me they would fix the issue and extend my pickup window by 24 hours. What they didn't mention was that I was traveling that very same day and simply couldn't return the next day. When I explained this clearly, I was told there was nothing they could do — and that I would have to pay an extra 5 EUR out of my own pocket to extend the pickup period by 7 days.
Let's be clear: the machine failure was their fault, not mine. I showed up on time. I communicated my situation. I asked for a reasonable accommodation. Instead of taking responsibility, they put the financial burden on the customer.
Poor communication, no flexibility, and zero customer ownership. I'll be thinking twice before using Sameday again.

They never delivered my parcel and returned to China!! Crazy. They do not answer any emails and barely answer phone calls and are overall not helpful at all. Avoid at all costs!

Много лошо обслужване куриерите им са много груби и необучени за работата. Трябва да се обадят преди да са на адреса а не 5 мин след като са там и да мрънкат че не могат да чакат. Много ниско ниво на обслужване

Paket sehr spät geliefert , bei Abholung funktioniert Scanner nicht und ich bekomme mein bezahltes ,dringend benötigtes Spezialfutter für mein krankes Pferd nicht ausgehändigt ! Herstellung eines Telefonat mit deutschsprechender unverschämten Mitarbeiterin von Sameday endet in Ausländerfeindlichkeit !
Sie sagte : Wenn es ihnen nicht pass , denn gehen sie doch nach Deutschland zurück " ?!?!?!
Sie sagte weiterhin : ,, Ich kann auch nicht alles haben , ich möchte auch einen BMW ..."
Was sagt man dazu ?

Пълна фирма менте. Плащаш за доставка до адрес, а те не я изпълняват! Оставят пратката в автомат (collecting box), за да си я вземеш сам, въпреки че в проследяването пише „неуспешен опит за доставка“. Пълни глупости. Идеален повод да не се купува от фирми, които използват Sameday за куриер.

Absolutely a fake company. When you pay for delivery at home, they don't! They put it in box so you can pick it up although tracking shows failed delivery. That's total nonsense. Perfect reason not to buy from companies who use sameday as courier.

Every time I have delivery from that company I always have problem. Driver not coming the day that was scheduled or not at the time that was scheduled. They don't call even 5 min beforehand even though it's different time. Just absolutely horrible service

Sameday WORST company ever and seems staffed by idiots! Waited days again for a home collection and both days never turned up. No answer to emails or telephone calls.
Report to Consumer Protection as this company should NOT be allowed to trade! I refuse now to buy online from companies that use Sameday!

I purchased an item from an online supplier to be delivered by sameday couriers between 5 and 7th January. So on the 7th of January their driver called me on the phone to explain he did not know where our house was and that when he got to our village he would call again for directions. We informed him it was no problem and that we were at home all that day. The next thing, we got a message in the evening to say the parcel could not be delivered and that our delivery was returned to their local depot and they would reschedule the delivery. So much for being same day couriers. So today is 9th January and we have not had a re schedule for our delivery. I guess sameday couriers Don't like to travel out to the villages for 1 item. If you want same-day delivery my suggestion is to get a reliable courier like Speedy or ekont don't use a cowboy outfit

The system notified me for delivery between 16 and 19 hours. At 12:30 the website registered a delivery failure, aka I was not at home. But i was actually at home the entire day. I call this lying.

They also refuse to call on phone numbers registered in other European countries, even if the costs are almost identical with national calls (around a few cents).

Probably the excuse was an error in the AWB, the address mentioned both my village and another village but the postal code was for my village. They should have checked both village and code, the they should have called, they shoud have checked the database, ask the sender - any of these would have solved the problem. But i feel there is absolutely no interest.

What I believe it that the driver simply disregarded any flag and discarded the delivery, to end his day earlier. Also I believe that nobody was interested enough to check on the driver and on the AWB.

Най-ужасната куриерска компания! Не мога да си обясня как и при какви обстоятелства те все още са на пазара. Ужасно некоректни, чувствам се сякаш сме в праисторията. Не можеш да се свържеш с тях на прословутия 0700 телефон, няма предоставен имейл адрес за контакт, само малоумната контактна форма, която така или иначе им е завряна някъде. Не мога да си представя как бизнесите избират да работят с тях. „Неуспешна доставка” - никой по никакъв начин не е опитал да се свърже с мен. Използвам адрес за доставка, какъвто съм използвала за всички останали пратки, та дори и за такива, доставени от тях. В момента не се знае какво точно ще се случи с моята пратка, защото нямам намерение да платя сметка за телефон на стойност по-голяма от цената на пратката ми, за да проведем един неоползотворен разговор. Жалкото е, че това не се случва за първи път, както и не се случва само на мен. Никога и при никакви обстоятелства не ги избирайте. Аз мога само да им пожелая да фалират…но това така или иначе с този customer experience, който предоставят е неизбежно…

Ужас. Най-лошата компания за доставка, с която някога съм имал допир. Без да изпратят нито SMS, нито обаждане, нито имейл, връщат вече платената от мен поръчка. Няма възможност да се свържеш с тях – нито телефон работи, нито формата за съобщения в сайта. Пълна липса на професионализъм. Ако можете, избягвайте тази фирма и избирайте други доставчици.

Very bad. Disgusting

Terrible service. They send notification an hour before delivering and expect you to be at the address. Absolutely ridiculous, should leave notification a day before. We're all busy and have jobs and duties and can't stay at home all day, just for the courrier.

Two of my parcels were returned to the sender without anyone contacting me, no call, no SMS, no viber message. Sent two emails asking when they are going to deliver my packets, no answer. I've been waiting on the line for someone to pick up my call since 43 minutes. It's been a month and 5 days.
