Outstanding customer service outstanding communication fish arrived on time when they said it would alive will be ordering to them again

Second time ordering from Saltwaterfish.com. No reason to shop around they always have what i want in stock and never disappointed.

I purchased a variety of marine fish and had included a bonus Blue Hippo Tang that was offered at an additional $10. When I looked at the completed order, the bonus Hippo Tang was not included. I sent an email explaining the issue and they immediately resolved the issue and I was able to receive the bonus Hippo Tang with the original order. The effort to find the different fish I was looking for and place the order was easy and quick. The prices were reasonable and as noted the customer service to solve problems was superb.

This is my second purchase from saltwater fish. Format is easy to use, but i prefer getting local. The reason is the package arrived at 68 for temp, and one not very healthy camper. I have them quarantined and have my fingers crossed. I notice the offer to let the customer pick up the purchase earlier from the Fed Ex was a clever idea but not at all convenient. All

Awesome place, fish arrived safely and with plenty of notice that they were on their way to me. Even with the aftermath of a horrible hurricane they came healthy and they are living fine in our small tank. Thank you

I've had very little luck getting fish on-line. they arrive late or dead or die within a day while all the other fish just smile and watch my pain. everyone is so nice and if I just order $200 or $300 more... they'll send me more. Problem is.. they have the fish and crabs I need.

Excellent experience! Friendly customer service. Fish arrived within 48 hours alive and healthy appearing. The free clownfish was very small but it was free so no complaints. Looking to order more fish in the near future.

Placed order to receive free shipping and additional gift. Gift (Ricordea) didn’t arrive.
Contacted vendor. Store representative assured me that the free gift (Recordea) would be added to next purchase.
Made second purchase. Received free shipping and store credit for one dead fish from first order.
Order arrived. No Recordia. Contacted store and spoke with same rep. She said there is a note about an issue with Recordea and I would get it with next purchase.
Surely an alternate could have been shipped!
I’m done with false advertising!
