The 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course run by Sally Parkes and her team has been life changing. The content has been a wonderful balance of practical and theory. Despite being on Zoom the sessions were inclusive, informative and fun. Sally and her team were welcoming and helpful at every juncture and their delivery meant that even over zoom the attendees were able to bond and be a support to each other. I have since undertaken Sally's pregnancy and post natal yoga teacher training and will be doing the Fertility Yoga course next. After that I can't wait to attend even more trainings with Sally and look forward to seeing her and the team again.

I have been training and subsequently working with Sally for over 5 years now. He breadth of knowledge and passion for yoga is inspiring. And she brings to her teaching a warmth and humour which makes her trainings so accessible to all. I did my pre and post natal Yoga Teacher Training with Sally, and have just completed her Menopause Yoga Teacher training. Both of which I loved and have had a hugely positive impact on my life and career as a yoga teacher.

This was my first training with Sally and I was not disappointed, she was approachable, knowledgeable and kind. I not only learnt how to nurture and support others through their perimenopausal journey but also how to support myself. I came away as a member of a community. The information keeps on coming, the flows and yoga was utterly feminine, empowering and inspiring.

Although it's been 7 years since I took my 85 hr Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Sally, the knowledge I gained sits top of mind every day as I develop my own lesson plans. She is probably one of the best teachers that exists for functional anatomy - her expertise in this area is second to none. I also highly recommend her book in this area as well. Her program is built with a community mindset as many of her students stay connected long after completion of her program and this inspires my own teaching approach today. So grateful to know her and continue to be inspired by her.

It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am to have experienced the pregnancy yoga teaching course held by Sally and her colleagues. Sally is down to earth, open and honest. She is bursting with knowledge and I felt so privileged to learn from her. There’s nothing I would change about the course.
