I am absolutely loving the videos/app! I am actually making an effort and fitting pilates into my day. Its making me feel great. I love the variety and the different lengths so can pick depending on how much time I have, makes it easier to fit something in. Different areas of the body or times of the day too.
There are live sessions to attend, or watch back later, which are usually longer.
Live q&a's are really interesting and helpful too.
Its only £15.99 per month, with all the content you get, its a bargain!

I'm thoroughly enjoying the Pilates for Runners app. Lz the instructor is brilliant a what she does! All the moves are demonstrated and explained really clearly. There's so many pre recorded sessions to choose from as well as live sessions throughout the week of various duration with each working on various aspects of Pilates (strength/mobility/stability). It's really enjoyable, effective and great value for money!

Liz is an excellent teacher, and the app is easy to use. I like the short sessions, which I can do before I go to work or pre/post-run. I save the longer sessions for a 'rest' day. I am noticing an improvement in my flexibility and mobility. After a long recovery from Piriformis Syndrome, the Pilates sessions are just what I need to help me avoid injury and keep me running!

After a few months of injury and then stop/start recovery, a few weeks of Liz’s short daily sessions has done the trick. I am now running regularly again without niggles - and building endurance. It feels great. Thank you Liz.

I have been following Liz and Pilates for Runners for some time now and it's amazing. It's really supported my running and has helped me come back from injury stronger than ever. The lessons are bite sized so brilliant for building consistency and good habits. I now do Pilates every day. Liz and the whole group are so friendly and supportive too. You can join live classes or work through classes at your own pace. I love the monthly challenges which give you a variety of classes to work through. There is also a whole library of classes based on different needs that you can do anytime. I used the hip sessions which were brilliant. Really recommended to help both your running and everyday life! Liz is so knowledgeable and it's great value too. Joining was the best thing I ever did.

I’m no longer a runner but I still LOVE Pilates for Runners! I’ve been a member for several years now and every morning I do a ‘little something’. It might be a ‘10 minute stretch’ or ‘20 minutes total’ but every day it’s my ‘go to’ to keep me mobile and flexible (🤞🏻). There are so many options and easy ways to filter them based on time, target area, equipment, standing/mat based etc. Plus, the challenges keep you focused and motivated. Liz is always at the end of a message to guide you if needed. I feel that my strength, coordination and flexibility is the best it’s been and I’m ’future proofing’ my body! Love it ❤️💪🏻

PfR is a fantastic resource. I love that the sessions are focused on building the strength and stability you need for running. App is easy to navigate and use. I tend to use the prerecorded sessions rather than joining the live sessions but that’s partly because I’ve been injured for more of the last 18 months than I would like but Liz has been excellent at answering questions etc and giving me support through them. Thoroughly recommend

Pilates for Runners is such a great app, sessions are easy to fit into your schedule and the monthly challenges keep you motivated. I have subscribed to Pilates for Runners for a few years and find it a really valuable resource at a very reasonable price. Finding pilates sessions that compliments my running and fit in with life has been brilliant. I really see a difference in stability and strength.
The app is easy to nagivate. The sessions vary in length and support every aspect of running. There are live sessions and lots available on demand.
The programs and challenges are great to provide structure and motivation. Liz is really relatable, human and approachable - she encourages consistency over perfection and appreciates we all have a lot going on. Best of all the member community support each other and cheer on successes.

Whether you are a runner or not this is the best place for Pilates sessions and advice. Liz is so down to earth and provides short sessions to target strength and mobility, and generally improve your posture. There are live sessions and pre-recorded ones too. Whatever your current fitness you'll find options for easier or more challenging versions of the exercise, with many exercises aimed at beginners or improvers. There are also sessions using weights (with a qualified teacher), rehab sessions, optional challenges and a monthly Q&A for one to one advice. Liz is constantly in touch and always available for help either via the app or by email and is very supportive. I've tried a number of Pilates sites and this is by far the best, not only for the Pilates content but for being a wonderfully friendly and supportive community. There's such a lot to discover on this site, I'd definitely recommend giving it a go.

The app is super easy to use and navigate to do bite size sessions when i'm time poor or longer sessions when i can. Since using Pilatesfor Runners consistently i have noticed i get less niggles and any niggles are ironed out quite swiftly with a few focussed sessions from here, so have definitely noticed far less injuries and niggles taking me out of running. I also feel noticeably stronger when i'm running as well. You can do focus area sessions or challenges when you want a good range, takes the thinking out it.

Liz is the best. Something for everyone. If you’re a beginner or you’ve been doing Pilates for years.
Liz will definitely keep you motivated with the monthly challenge. Sessions range from just 10 minutes. I’d recommend Pilates for runners 100%

I learned about Pilates for runners at the running show in Jan 24. I did a trial stability class there, which was really challenging. Which proved to me this was something I needed to work on. I took up the special show offer and joined for a year's membership. Two years on I am still really loving the sessions, and have currently completed 60 consecutive days of Pilates through liz’s sessions. It is just brilliant; challenging; easy to fit in;fresh ideas and delivered in an authentic, cheerful but professional manner. Trainers of Liz’s quality are not found easily, so well done Liz. I am really benefiting from the sessions and enjoying them. Also looking forward to the show this weekend. Keep up the great work Liz, it’s much appreciated. Thank you Liz.

I love the videos which really help me to target the areas I need to work on as well as the monthly challenges to keep me motivated. Well explained and demonstrated moves, often with different levels to fit where I'm working now, which go at a pace I can easily keep up with. There are also live sessions twice a week. I haven't made it to a live session online but joined in with one at The Running Show a few years ago. A great, supportive community feel and well worth the subscription. First came across Pilates for Runners at the National Running Show last year….then checked out the free sessions on YouTube.
After a bit of humming and haa-ing, I took the plunge and signed up for a year’s membership.
Liz is an outstanding teacher. Her wonderful, generous and kind personality shines through in her teaching. Liz’s attention to detail and knowledge is amazing. As is her energy.
The Pilates for Runners app is easy to navigate and contains a wealth of sessions. Monthly challenges are fab and are a great way to keep the motivation going. The live sessions are great.
The benefits of doing regular Pilates sessions are quite eye opening. Movement is medicine. Pilates is now a way of life for me. Hand in hand with running. Massive thanks to Liz!

Would thoroughly recommend this app to runners at any stage (and I frequently do!). Liz seems to have a knack for finding muscles I didn’t even know existed. Then she makes them stronger so I can keep running injury-free. The sheer amount of content in the App is mind boggling but easy to navigate, so you can free-style your sessions or use any of the structured programs. Then you can dip into the community for encouragement or queries. This is absolutely worth every penny. You won’t regret it.
