Excellent App worth every penny. I do Pilates daily there is a great selection of workouts from warm ups/cool downs recovery and strength. There are also live sessions and if you have any questions you can message Liz. There are also monthly challenges which are great if you like to follow a plan. This is a site for all levels, even if I stop running I would still enjoy the workouts. I would highly recommend Liz it's great value for money.

I love the wide variety of runner-relevant sessions to choose from, from short to long, that I can fit into my daily routine. Following Pilates for Runners helped me overcome a long-term musculoskeletal injury, and my current challenge is maintaining the discipline to keep up with the exercises.
Liz is an outstanding leader and helps everyone cope with the sessions regardless of their ability.

I have been using Liz's app for almost 2 years now, having initially come across her free content online. The free content is great, but accessing the app and the Pilates for Runners community has taken the experience to the next level. The live sessions each week are fantastic, and Liz always asks participants to let her know if there are particular areas they would like her to give more time to. Liz often asks for feedback and uses this to make sure that her offer suits the needs of users. I think this offers brilliant value for money and have recommended Pilates for Runners to many running (and non-running) friends. I should add that Liz's presentation style is relaxed, with some humour, whilst also explaining why the exercises you are doing will support your running.

Such a productive and supportive programme. The sessions are structured to suit ability and time constraints, from the various pre recorded tailored series' to regular fresh material and live sessions. Liz offers great advice and encouragement and the exercises work, building strength and stability, laying the foundations for healthy, happy , injury-free running.

I am now into my third year of membership with Pilates for Runners and absolutely love it. I am not a big runner and just do a couple of miles a few times a week. You can do sessions from 10 mins to one hour. I particularly enjoy a ‘Morning Movement’ session before I start my day. There is something for everyone. I heard about Liz’s classes through a friend and have never looked back.

Pilates for Runners offers an excellent experience. Initially, I was unsure about joining because I'm not a frequent runner, but my love for Pilates won me over. Sampling some of the free sessions quickly got me addicted, proving my initial doubts were misplaced. The sessions aim to enhance strength and prevent injuries. The New Member Challenge is a fantastic way to start, though you can pick any program that aligns with your schedule and goals. The App's tutorials on maximizing its features were incredibly useful. You can participate in monthly challenges and workouts under different categories, such as 10-minute routines, strength and stability, and stretching. Members can join live sessions with Liz or access recordings whenever convenient. Liz's enthusiasm for Pilates and connecting with this community is contagious. Her thoughtful messages encourage members to engage with each other. Pilates for Runners offers incredible flexibility, allowing you to practice Pilates anywhere with just a little floor space. I wholeheartedly recommend giving PfR a try, especially if you're uncertain. Liz's warm welcome awaits you!

I thought about signing up to Pilates for Runners for months before I did. Then an injury forced me to consider what I needed to do to build my strength up so finally committed. What can I say … I had no idea how effective the programme would be, finding and building up muscle areas that other fitness apps do not even get close to! The benefits it brings go way beyond running. Sessions can easily be fitted into a busy lifestyle. 100% recommend to anyone wavering on the sign up button.

Pilates for Runners is a great platform. I was hesitant about joining simply because I'm not a regular runner but I really enjoy the benefits of Pilates. I tried some of the free sessions and was hooked. My hesitation was unnecessary! The focus of the sessions is to become stronger with the aim of preventing injury. A great starting point is the New Member challenge but you can choose anything that suits your time schedule and personal aims. The tutorials for how to get the most out of the App were really helpful. There are monthly challenges and workouts under different headings eg 10mins total, strength + stability, stretching. As a member you can join live sessions with Liz and/or use the recordings at a time that suits you. Liz is passionate about the benefits of Pilates for runners and of being part of this community. Liz is also great to encourage members connecting through her messages. There's real flexibility with PfR. It's like Pilates in your pocket since you can use the App when away on a break and only need a small bit of floor space. I'd highly recommend PfR and suggest that if you're in doubt, try it out! You'll find a great welcome from Liz.

I've done a few free trials of Pilates for Runners and follow Liz on Instagram. Her advice is always spot on and the videos are great, even for a pilates novice like me. Recently I've joined with a monthly subscription and I can already feel the difference in my running. The videos are short enough to allow you to fit in to a hectic schedule but long enough to give you a good workout, concentrating on different areas - foot and ankle, hip, core etc. Can't wait to see how I get on in the next few months.

More than just Pilates. More than just an app.
Each class is led by Liz, a real person! And her personality shines through so you feel like you're in a live class and getting to know her 🙂
There's so many different classes, but it's easy to find the ones that you need.
I used to find it very difficult to motivate myself to do the mobility work I know will help reduce my injuries (and make me faster), but i look forward to logging on each morning!
If you're not sure what you want to do, she runs a monthly challenge that you can just follow.
There's so much variety, a community, and if you need help or have a question Liz is so helpful.
I recommend this app to every runner- you'll be impressed with how much it helps.

I have been following a Pilates for Runners programme for six weeks. My flexibility and strength have improved and I am confident that I can look forward to running with much less risk of picking up injuries.
Liz's videos are very clear and easy to follow as well as being enjoyable. The short focussed session are easy to fit in to a busy life and can be put together when you have time for a longer session.

Like Gemma I started PfR in Jan 25. Got a years membership as a Christmas present and it’s been a fab present.I’ve just completed the programme for new starters. Loving the monthly pre structured programme, no more thinking what I should doing this month!
All options covered- live sessions, set monthly challenge programmes, ability to save your favourite sessions and repeat or completely do your own thing. Loving it and the individual support and encouragement from Liz. Would very much recommend.

I am really enjoying my first month using the app, I have joined a January challenge and love that the sessions are structured, varied and easy to fit in around your life. There are 2 live longer sessions a week and a library of recorded sessions. The app is really easy to use, Liz welcomes any questions and there is a lovely community feel. I would thoroughly recommend and am looking forward to more of the same and becoming a stronger runner
