Zach is an amazing asset to have if you are needing to hire and source amazing talent, recruiting can be a huge pain due to the volume of people you have to sift through to find A Player talent. Zach was able to handle all the sourcing and give me great options on a silver platter. You know you have a tough decision when you want to hire everyone but can't. Over the last few weeks I was able to hire 2 setters and 2 closers and would not have been able to do so with the speed and quality without Zach's expertise. One of the few truly genuine people in the space. Zach does a great job of vetting out companies before connecting you in as a rep. No trying to sell you into a program or putting in silly obstacles to get you a really solid opportunity either. He does a fantastic job of keeping you in the loop throughout the process and fights for the reps. Which doesn't always feel like that's the case in this space.
