Zach is a solid dude, the best in the industry. I've loved working with him, he's responsive, resourceful, supportive, and and overall joy to work with.

I've been following Zach now for over a year and he's definitely my favorite of all recruiters. I like him so much that when my friends are looking to hire salespeople, he is the first person I recommend.

In 2024, I was in contact with Zach off-and-on, because the offer my friend and I started had a lot of volatility with lead flow. Each time I reached out, Zach was highly responsive, professional and the best part is that he would always advise if I should update things and even provided feedback on my intro video.

I recently just got staffed with a job that I'm extremely excited about. I reached out to him on Jan 1. I requested to apply to 2 offers and interviewed with both. Today is Jan 16 and I just got an offer letter from one of those 2, so the process was quick - certainly loved that.

One last thing I'd like to add, is that Zach's Trello job board is amazing. I can quickly see what is available and even ones in other stages of the pipeline. Not only is it structured in a manner that makes things very easy for an applicant to see what's possible, but he provides all the relevant information for each posting that allows me to determine whether it would be a good fit. Best structure I've seen from an applicant perspective.

I highly recommend Zach for any closer or setter who is competent. Should I need a new position down the road, I certainly will go to him; however, I intend to be in leadership and of course he will be my first contact for staffing in that capacity as well.

Zach Brown and his company Sales Pipeline Pros is a 10/10 in the high ticket sales recruitment space. One of the few legit sales recruiters in the high ticket space. Most of the other 'recruiters' have trashy offers or charge the candidate upfront $$ for 'placement'. Zach is the only one with good offers from great companies and he doesn't charge the candidate anything. He is respectful, communicative, and has built a smooth process for everyone. He found me a great offer and company to work for and honestly advocated for me and helped expedite things and I landed a closer role with them. Extremely happy with Zach and his amazing service. If you're a closer or setter looking for a new role, Zach is the no.1 in the space. No doubt.

When I first came into the high ticket space about 18months ago, someone pointed me in Zach's direction. Looking back at that, I am truly thankful.

I landed my first role from a post in Zach's facebook group which worked out fantastic - I gained further remote sales coaching experience which helped me position myself so well that I was able to land a full-time CSM role that I have been working towards and been searching for through his job board directly!!
