Za doświadczenie użytkowania systemu – ogólnie funkcjonalności i możliwości są szerokie i rozbudowane, ale czasami trafiają się jakieś drobne błędy lub niedogodności UX i UI. Kwestia przyzwyczajenia, pogodzenia się z tym, że coś działa w taki właśnie sposób lub oczekiwania na poprawki, a trzeba przyznać, że rozwój i unowocześnianie platformy ostatnio przyspieszyło.

I’ve been using SalesManago for a while now, and overall I’m very satisfied with the platform. It offers a wide range of marketing automation tools that really help streamline customer communication and improve campaign performance.

What I appreciate most is the flexibility in building automation workflows and the ability to segment users based on behavior and engagement. This makes it much easier to create personalized experiences that actually convert. The analytics and reporting features are also very useful for making data-driven decisions.

The platform does have a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but once you get familiar with it, it becomes a powerful tool in everyday marketing work. The support team has been helpful whenever needed, which definitely adds to the positive experience.

Salesmanago is quite robust tool that offers many channels of communication to choose from. It involves channels directly to the customer but also web personalisation. One of the best features is communicating on anonymous audience which cannot be reached in any other way. Many features are paid extra.
Support team is always available, tailored solutions also available but paid extra. I found it quite difficult to navigate at the beginning but overall experience after is great.

I have been working with SALESmanago for a little over a year, and the platform has significantly improved the way we manage customer communication and automation.
One of the biggest advantages for me has been the intuitive email builder. The ability to pull products and prices directly from our website and automatically generate UTM‑tagged links has streamlined our workflow and saved us a substantial amount of time on each campaign (with previous solution, we had to create links manually).
The built‑in Live Chat has also proven to be a valuable tool, allowing us to support customers more efficiently without needing additional integrations. It is very easy it is to manage pop‑ups. AI‑driven segmentation helps us target the audience with far greater precision and optimize expenses on mobile messaging. Workflows are really easy to build, though so far, I use very simple ones. 
Another critical benefit is the fast and responsive support team, who are always ready to help and genuinely committed to improving their services.
Of course, I still see many areas where the platform can continue to grow and evolve. However, I clearly see that SALESmanago is moving in the right direction and actively developing the features that are important for my business needs.
Overall, it’s a solution that continues to improve and one I’m confident will only get stronger over time.
