The ladies are wonderful to work with. The data needs scrubbed in their database. I sent out over 1000 emails and only 396 were received by the recipients. Every campaign that I do has the same issue. There are a lot of emails that never go out and I have spent a lot of money trying to market only to get no ROI.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - COMPANY ADMITS FAULT BUT REFUSES REFUND
Purchased mortgage lead data - received 6,000 contacts, manually tested 1,000+ calls, 100% failure rate (all disconnected/wrong numbers).
Their engineers admitted "internal data sorting issue". Issued "hot fix" - same problem.
Requested refund. They refuse, hiding behind contradictory contract terms (advertise "No Risk - Cancel Anytime" but enforce 12-month commitment).
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They sell worthless data, admit it's defective, then refuse refunds. Currently filed complaints with FTC, CFPB, and State AG.
Product failure rate: 100%
Customer service: Refuses to honor commitments
Overall: Deceptive business practices

Not only was the product described perfectly, but my questions were answered and never at any point did I doubt that the goal of the call was to help me discover if this was a good fit for my business or not. I have been a long time user of this product. Earlier this year, they did a major overhaul of the data which made me wonder how valid the data was previously. Much of the income and wealth data was reduced substantially. I contacted the person responsible for my account and received no follow-up on the question. Also I recently contacted support about another issue and have had no follow-up. The price keeps rising with no prior notice.

Stephanie McGuire and I had a training scheduled for Friday 10.10.25 at 2:30. We were unable to complete the meeting because she was having some sound challenges that she said she needed to speak with the IT department about. I told her no worries. I had two questions that I needed answered and ask her if I could send those questions to her so that I could receive the answers. Her reply was yes I did send the questions over to her however, as of Saturday, which is today, I have not received a response to my questions. I was really hoping to receive those answers to only two questions because I had scheduled out this weekend to be the time that I actually devote to using the software and searching for what we need for our project.

Truly a great company
I have worked with Salesgenie for almost 20yrs and really enjoy working with the people and the portal. Maureen and Tim make an already excellent system even better. I highly recommend Data Axel Genie/Salesgenie for any one that has need of potential customers. Their portal makes searching and sorting so easy that our brand new receptionist was able to use it like a pro in about 5 minutes!

Bad experience here. Unhelpful staff and poor technical support and customer service. When you call for help you can barely hear anyone and when you tell them they start yelling instead of fixing the problem. Im going to find another company because anyone is better than them believe me.
