Lack of transparency and trust
The initial sales agent did not explain the poor quality of contact expected from home phone lines or that the numbers were even landlines. I consequently was up sold and may have chosen to do something different. This is a poor initial interaction and unfortunately trust is gone, but I'm on the hook contractually for three months.

Misleading
I have just signed up. I am very disappointed in the wording on their website. It indicates you get email credits. That is not accurate with the plan they presented. I have received a little help from customer service so far. But I am very disappointed in what I got versus what I thought I was getting and what they advertised.

Kevin is fantastic, the platform is terrible.
Kevin is fantastic! However, I was not able to login into the account on Friday. I was told that it would not be fixed until Monday, we eventually got it fixed, and I paid for the invoice. Now I am not able to download the list. I am now 3 days behind in sending in the list to get my letter out. Hopefully everything will be fixed today so I can download the list.

The team was great and executed quickly. As I shared with them, the fulfillment fee just feels like an add-on/nickel and diming. It would be great if it could just be added into the cost somehow so it doesn't feel like "another layer".
