The list quality was poor
The list quality was poor. No phone numbers provided and many of the email addresses were not valid or would have bounced. I asked for a refund and received it.

Map interface has very limited functionality
The data I get is accurate and I've had good results with it, so I've used this service more than once. For me, the problem is the map interface has very limited functionality. I presume most people are only looking for broad areas (i.e. entire zip codes). My needs are for very specific areas (example within a 0.5 mile of a bus route) that have an intricate shape. I can't upload a .shp, .kmz, or .kml of a polygon to define my target area. If I go in and manually draw a complex shape, I can't seem to save it to use it again. I bought both consumer and business data sets but had to draw my shape twice. This redundant task can be time consuming causing extra cost for my client.

Not what I thought I was getting
The request was to provide real estate (which included title companies as well), legal and healthcare in a 75 mile radius of Lynchburg Va. Out of the 1038 companies that were provided, 238 had email addresses. Out of those 238, 38 were no longer in use as well as the list not identifying at least all of the real estate and/or title agencies in Lynchburg. There were a few PO Boxes as well, which I assumed there would not be as many. I feel that I did not received what I thought I was getting, very disappointing.

Frustrating software but good customer service
The software is frustrating but it is nice that Salegenie has a responsive and helpful team on your side. While a lot of companies have an AI bot you are forced to talk to you are assigned an agent here which is nice when you are having an issue that can cost your company money.

Incorrect Data and misleading information in my Initial meeting
The amount of callable leads is extremely low once filtered for DNCs. On top of that about half of the numbers I call are incorrect. I'll try to call a lead and it's his sons number instead of the leads. Or it's an old home phone number that is no longer in service.
I am trying to call turning 65 leads for medicare and after my initial call and asking questions I was under the assumption that I would be able to see the prospects date of birth (this is important for timeslines with medicare), and instead I see an age range which doesnt give me insight on who im calling in to try and set a meeting with. An example of this is is if there are multiple people in a household it'll say a few of them are in the age range of 60-64. That doesn't help me at all and wasn't how it was described to me in my initial sign up meeting.
On top of this all I'm running into multiple households with 5+ where the numbers are all mixed up or they're all listed under one person, so I'm playing the lottery on who I'm calling.

I am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding the email list provided by Data Axle.
We recently launched an email marketing campaign using this list, and the results were extremely alarming. Out of the 6,000+ emails purchased, we received over 3,000 spam complaints and experienced a bounce rate of approximately 20%. This is the highest spam and bounce-back ratio we have encountered in our entire marketing history.
This was our first time working with Data Axle, and unfortunately, the experience has been significantly worse than with any previous provider. Our email marketing partner, Constant Contact, has informed us that if we receive similar spam and bounce-back ratios again, our account will be permanently blocked. This puts our entire email marketing operation at serious risk.
Given the price we paid—over $1,000 for this list—it is extremely concerning that such poor-quality data was delivered. Based on these results, the investment has been a total loss, and the damage extends beyond financial cost to our sender reputation and platform standing.
I have attached screenshots from the campaign results as evidence for your review.
We expect an urgent explanation and a clear resolution to this issue. Please advise on how Data Axle intends to address the quality concerns and the losses we have incurred.

The agent was nice...but the end…
The agent was nice...but the end results were not effective for my campaign. I needed email addresses for homeowners and got random emails associated with the property address..not the homeowner.

Couldn't access data
I thought it was ridiculous that I had to wait for someone to call me to "allow" me to receive the data that I paid for. Then when I did get the data, a lot of it was super outdated (closed or sold businesses with wrong owners). I won't be purchasing again.
