The software is great, the people running it not so much.
The software is great, you can obtain a whole lot of information from it. However, when attempting to set up a mass email list, I asked for how to do it or have like a walk through for it and I was essentially told “go watch our videos and figure it out for yourself” instead of being helped with industry specific things.
So I went and did just that and used 500 credits and have obtained nothing off of those emails. I’m hesitant to use the software further as I don’t want it to be yet another money pit to burn all of my revenue in trying to experiment with it.

Poor validation on phone numbers
After running the list that I purchased through various email and phone number of validation tools I ended up with 40% quality contacts. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

I got charged 264 months for 3 months and still have no access to acct after a email send to inside training memeber. I'm not getting anything out of the service I would like to break contract and cancel further changes. It didn't work out for me once again dead end on results personally.tl.my wallet

Good but not great.
Product team is great…very responsive and helpful. Genie software is decent…it’s a mini CRM and works on “credits” to download prospect information when available (i.e. emails and addresses). Data is not great…mobile phone numbers are available on less than 10% of records and “not in service” results for the non-mobile phone numbers listed is greater than 40%. Data Axle does have a free “reference” version of their database that you can access through your local library instead of the $200+ per month for the Sales Genie subscription.
