My experience with Sainsmart has been nothing short of amazing. I use their wonderful equipment and occasionally something goes wrong. A detailed email to support brought Jamie to the rescue, solving my problem with professionalism and high level customer service. I will continue to do business with them because of this.

Bought a 2.2Kw Spindle for the great price, but decided to change my mind in the last moment. Customer Service agreed to cancel purchase immediately but offered a discount if I change my mind. That was too tempting too refuse.

In general Customer Service is great. They do reply fast and they are really helpful even when it comes to import products to the different countries.

I dont have their CNC yet, but the Spindle is a great quality and very rigid. Few other accessories, as green measuring laser, also pretty handy. 10/10 Recommended

I ordered two items form SainSmart on 7/10. I didn’t enter my street name in the address. The item were shipping from two different locations. One of the locations shipped before the address could be corrected. So the shipment was lost. Customer service at SainSmart were very helpful in trying to correct the problem. They are replacing my order. Thanks for your service. I apologize for causing the problem.

Spindle replaced under warranty. Not sure why it failed after only 6 months of light use but the warranty replacement process was pretty smooth and new part arrived quickly. Works great!

I really needed a lens cover for my Genmitsu L8 40w to keep my orders going and Yolande help me quick for a replacement and shipping was also fairly fast.

I am very pleased with the quality of construction of the Genmitsu 3030 ProVer Ultra CNC router. Assembly was easy and the assembly instructions were accurate and complete. My initial projects on the machine have been reasonably successful, and my difficulties are due to my inexperience with the software side of machine use. I would like to see more extensive maintenance guidance. Better cables/connectors for attachments like the 4th axis and laser would be welcome.

Customer service is on point had my 10w kiosk had some weird issues they replaced it no problems. Been engraving for a week now issues and i dont see any coming up

firstly the cnc machine is great. they were very responsive to questions and when i told them that the size of a part was not the correct one for what I ordered they just sent the correct one and did not ask for payment or return

Customer service is top tier - Hassle free replacement of a broken part. Even my original purchase was really smooth and I particularly appreciate how Bettina and the team always followup to make sure things have been delivered/setup correctly. Would purchase again from this company.

CNCルーターのクランプを注文しました。注文の直後に商品の説明を見たら「プレインストールされたネジ穴（4mm（0.16''））でネジ付きMDFスポイルボードに使用することができます。」とありました。私のCNCの取付ボルトはM6なので、M4は使用できないので、キャンセルしました。すると、私の勘違いにもかかわらずsainsmartさんから、商品は発送すみだが、返金してくださいました。
そして、商品をみたら、ボルトはM6で使用可能でした。したがって、無料では心苦しいので、送金する旨伝えたら、「プレゼントです」との連絡です。
本当に良心的な会社です。

Garbage company! shady business practices, terrible customer service. i’ve wasted so much time and way too much much money to deal with these frauds a second more. cutting my losses. save yourself don’t buy anything from this company. buy yourself an altmill or longmill instead you’ll be happier paying little more with a product that actually works.

Ich habe bereits 3 CNC Fräsen von Sainsmart bisher bestellt und einige CNC Fräser. Bisher hat immer alles super geklappt, Qualität ist auch gut vorallem für den Preis.

I had some issues when I first got the PrintyGo mini 3d printer. Main issue was the app not connecting and also I had a ton of questions as this is my first 3d printer. Their customer service was invaluable. They were super courteous, very knowledgeable and prompt with communication. The representatives working there were amazing. They helped me figure everything out and answered all my questions. Now the printer is working well and so does the app. The printer itself is awesome. My kids and I are really enjoying it.

I ordered the wrong part for my CNC machine and Yolanda at SainSmart quickly solved my problem. She knew what CNC machine I ordered and suggested the correct part. She made the replacement process quick and easy. I was able to get the correct part within a few days. She followed up and made sure everything was correct. She gave great customer service.

Great customer service - helpful 24 hour turnaround from both Customer Service and Technical Support regarding a technical issue I was having with my CNC. Sent out a replacement part which I received within a couple of days.
