As always there are good days and better days but Safari Consultants do everything to make each day the best. All works perfectly, from pre trip advice to final journey home. There’s always someone there to advise and reassure, and if they promise to phone back then they do. You can be confident that they will address your worries, however small. Simply the best.

We’ve used Safari Consultants several times over the years. They’ve always put together a schedule which exceeds our expectations and our recent trip to Uganda and Kenya was no exception.

Once again, another fabulous adventure designed, organised and delivered by Safari Consultants.

As with our previous trips everything went like clockwork. Safari Consultants went the extra mile in arranging visa’s etc.
This is our fifth trip organised by Safari Consultants, that says it all.

We returned home yesterday! We wanted to thank Safari Consultants for planning such a fabulous trip of a lifetime! All the details of the trip were seamless. We did not have to think about anything. Each of our camps captured our planning discussion with Mary Grimwood We can't thank Mary and Safari Consultants enough. Of course we enjoyed the animals, the beautiful Kenyan countryside and the warm and friendly Kenyan people. We enjoyed learning about traditional cultures and the details regarding animals. All our guides were phenomenal and we enjoyed every minute with them. All staff and the camps were professional and attentive. We were able to focus on enjoying our Safari as Safari Consultants had planned a trip of a lifetime for us.

This was my first trip during the green season and was a photographic safari on and around the Chobe river in Botswana. As always everything was arranged exactly as requested and all the travel, transfer and accommodation arrangements worked perfectly. Many many thanks to Joe for his expertise and for taking such care of the planning.

From the first contact to returning home, Safari Consultants were simply amazing in organising, informing and booking a magical trip to Africa. This is the second time I have used them, and it will not be the last. Frances and the team at SC are simply the best. They take all the worry about connections, pickups drop-offs, flights and safari lodges, booking it all. And of course, everything ran perfectly. Fully recommend.

We have just returned from a fantastic trip to Uganda and Kenya to trek and commune with gorillas and chimpanzees in Uganda and see big and small game in the Mara in Kenya, all arranged by Safari Consultants.
Every conceivable detail was attended to in advance to make our stay truly magical and the complicated transfers between lodges, camps and countries as seamless as possible and we were really impressed with Safari Consultants deep knowledge of the area and the choice of local partners they suggested to us, who all looked after us tremendously well.
All in all a truly memorable trip of a lifetime with the family.

Fantastic holiday put together by Joe. The information provided on South Africa regarding the different locations we visited, recommendations on things to do, places to eat, places to visit was excellent. All the detailed travel information and documents were available on an App which was really helpful. Very knowledgeable and excellent level of detail. Thank you.

From our initial contact with Safari Consultants right through to after we arrived home, Mary's care and attention to detail was outstanding. Mary took care fully to understand our wishes and expectations for the trip, and expertly tailored an itinerary to meet our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and Mary was always on hand to answer our questions and gently guide us through the process of preparing for our adventure. Her itinerary for us left nothing to chance. We had total confidence that all our transfers, drop-offs and pick-ups would go smoothly and they did. The holiday was organised in celebration of our golden wedding anniversary - a fact that had been communicated to each conservancy ahead of our arrival; the congratulations we received at each conservancy added the finishing touches to a magical trip. Mary's welcome home message and her genuine interest in hearing about our experiences further demonstrated her commitment to us as clients. It is true to say that our wonderful safari exceeded all our wildest dreams, thanks in no small way to her care and expertise.

Michele Seamark and Safari Consultants were fantastic. They planned a wonderful two-week trip for us through Southern Africa (S. Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe). We left all of the details to Michele. The trip went off without a hitch. The destinations, transportation, lodging, activities were all wonderful. It is quite something to receive a memo from Michele telling you that in 6 months at some minor location in Zimbabwe you will meet a man named Clive who will ferry you to the next destination and then…Clive shows up. As nearly as I can tell, these people know everything there is to know about Southern Africa. We could not have been in better hands.

Attention to detail through out was superb and a huge amount of information was supplied in advance for the holiday.

Great experience, Frances took time to find out what we were looking for and tailored our trip/itinerary to suit. Support and communication was great throughout - would highly recommend them.

We would highly recommend Safari consultants. It was our first time doing safari for our honeymoon and we were recommended them by a friend. We were dealing with Frances who was excellent! She’s so knowledgeable and provided us with lots of great options and suggestions. Even after we’d booked with them, they went above and beyond to provide us with up to date safety advice and tips before our trip. Communication with them was excellent. We had an unforgettable experience thanks to her and everything was seamless on our trip - their mobile app was really useful for all our docs and itinerary and our flights, airport transfers and everything was spot on. If we’re fortunate enough to go on safari again we’d definitely use Safari consultants, no question!

Overall, our experience with the Serian group was beyond our expectations. The camp staff, meals, accommodations, camp locations, guides, drivers and constant attention to detail were exceptional. It was an experience of a life time and all of these things and people made it possible. I especially loved the atmosphere of the camp and how the staff were very entuned to our needs, while consistently demonstrating an amazing attitude. They really made us feel like a family. Such lovely people! This all sincerely noted, there were times that I felt a little lost in the communication with Serian Safari Group before our trip due to the time change and all communications were via email. However, when I did have questions, my concerns were dealt with. I would definitely recommend this company for all your safari needs!
