Shipping was true and I had no problems receiving the Item. Hilt and blade felt lower quality than what I am used to. Overall a good experience just wish the quality was a little higher.

Great vendors
i recently bought two Saber bundles. The "Eco Duo V2 baselit" so i should get four sabers in total. When they arrived (after maybe 1,5 weeks time) i noticed i only got two of them. so i wrote a email to them, asking where the other two went, and if they were simply just delayed. within 2-3 hours, they had already wrote back, apologizing and taking responsibility for their mistake. They said that they would expedite the last two, and even include a little something extra. Great experience overall. The two sabers i got, are both of great quality, shine brighter than i thought, durable and sound good. i am very satisfied

Bryan — let’s set the record straight.
Your order was placed on May 30th. By June 6th, we’d already let you know fulfillment was running 1-2 weeks due to high demand. That’s a standard for the industry at the point of time, not some secret conspiracy to hold your order hostage.
You emailed again asking for a refund because you’d “changed your mind.” Respectfully, that’s not how it works—especially when your saber was already in the production queue. Our refund policy is crystal clear on this, and we stand by it.
Your saber shipped within 2.5 weeks of your initial message, exactly as we advised. For high-end replicas, that’s not slow—it’s the industry reality.
As for the “free gift”: your purchase was made outside of any promotion offering one. We love hooking customers up when possible, but free gifts aren’t automatically included with every order.
Bottom line: you received your saber on schedule and as ordered. If there’s a genuine issue with the product itself, we’re here to help. Otherwise, enjoy your saber—and may your next duel be smoother than this review.
A great customer service experience
The delivery time was great and the quality of the items was very good. When we had an issue with one of the cores being broken customer service was very helpful and shipped a replacement. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

One of the best experiences
I have never had such good support from a company in my life. They are extremely helpful and pretty fast. They are still helping me with problems and i would buy from them again. I got The Fallen proffie from them and its great. The only complaint is that the bottom doesn’t light up like it shows in the picture but That doesn’t change how much i respect this company.

Absolutely Incredible Experience!
Experience was great. Got my luke skywalker proffie lightsaber from them. They also sent a free rgb one with it, awesome!!!!

First time with sabermax
This was my first time buying from this company I’ve heard good things about sabermax in the community. a few weeks ago I brought darth mauls lightsaber for a good price it took a while to deliver with evri I asked sabermax what was going on and they responded very quick and said it’s just on hold don’t worry it then came a couple days later. One of the reasons I wanted the saber was that it was able to split into 2 lightsabers when I got it I couldn’t split it I contacted sabermax and they were very helpful, sent photos to help me and was very quick to respond,few hours later I just realised I was being stupid and managed to split them. Overall my first experience with sabermax was very good and would highly recommend them as they have good lightsabers at a good price and very good customer service even before I brought a lightsaber I asked a lot of questions about some lightsabers and they were very helpful will definitely be purchasing more lightsabers from them.

Edit: They took care of it! I reached out and talked with them about the situation, told them what I knew and they reached out directly to Fedex to get the situation handled! I Promised a 5 star review but that might make people think this is fake so I'll go with a 4 star review, that said though they handled this situation VERY well.

It does sound frustrating to see your package stuck in an unexpected location. While tracking updates are usually reliable, occasionally there can be delays or errors in GPS data that cause the location to display inaccurately.

Far exceeded expectations
Came as a Xenopixel when we ordered baselit. "A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one." Since it was during the Easter Sale, came with a free dueling saber and a little collectors coin, which was neat.
