Fantastic prints from Saal. I’ve ordered several photo books now and am amazed by the prints - the tones, clarity, surface finish, and weight. The software/formatting couldn’t be easier and delivery is amazingly fast: a few days. A REALLY good product and the experience.

Saal products are extremely high quality. I’ve recently ordered two booklets wow - luxurious. Plus I had a problem created by my own stupidity and having explained the issue, they generously sorted it out. I can 100% recommend them for their print quality.

Incredible company. The software and process of designing your book is simple and smooth. The quality of the finished product is simply incredible - looks unreal and super professional. I recommend this company to everyone!

Software is flexible and user friendly quality of final product is excellent. If anything your delivery agent could be better organised.... I received notification from them that delivery would be on Monday 9th Feb, then 2 hrs later it was updated to delivery in 3 hrs time. Fortunately my wife works from home, but I suspect many people would have left for work without authorising delivery without signature.
Not sure what you want clarification of, my point about the delivery information was simply that having sent a message early morning that delivery would be in a few days time we didn't respond or give authorisation for delivery without delivery. Then just a few hours later we received a message the delivery would be in 3hrs time, had my wife not been working from home neither of us would have seen that message. A minor point but one that really shouldn't happed

Quality is from a different planet.Ordered 4 pvc foam canvas and i am shocked how good they look.

Amazing service, amazing product. I really enjoyed using these guys for my photo book. The website was a little clunky in some ways. However, the end product was very high quality, and was delivered extremely quickly. Highly recommend.

Took up the offer of a trial discount and was really impressed with the service and final quality of the product.
Uploading of images and designing of the album was simple and straightforward.
I chose the acrylic cover with leatherette exterior with fold-flat gloss pages and WOW does it look good!!
The colour rendition and clarity of the pictures is truly fabulous - cannot recommend this company enough!
Will I purchase from them again? Definitely, but I might just have to wait for another cracking deal as they are a bit expensive without a voucher...

I have ordered a professional photo book worth £187 and I made a mistake of choosing glossy paper rather than mate . I contacted them within hours of realising the error but they responded that they couldn’t change even if I offered to pay extra for it.
While it was my error, it feels wrong not being able to change or adjust not even with less than 12 h after the mistake.
I have use Saal few times and they offer great quality but it’s sad they don’t allow for correction within a short reasonable period. I feel I wasted £187 in a product that sadly won’t meet my needs

The photobook quality and value for money is very good.
However, we found the process quite difficult and not intuitive.
The system we used arranged and edited the photos for us and we found it quite hard to re-edit the photos as we'd have liked them.
We did find that the photos weren't quite as we wanted in the photobook we received, which is a shame.

The whole process from instigating the design through to product delivery was excellent. The design tools are very impressive and user friendly. Communications from the company was very good for letting the customer know where the items were up to and when they might expect to receive them. The production of the items and quality of the materials used is as good as I have seen for this type of product. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the actual quality of the printing (sharpness of the image and its colour-matching) is not quite to the level I have had from similar products (at a similar price) from other companies. Naturally, this is a very important element of a photobook. Nevertheless, I am generally pleased with this company.

Update (03/02) - I have to say that Saal Digital have gone 'above and beyond' in their response to my review. It's a shame more companies can't treat their customers like Saal do. We have found a resolution which I am more than happy with; and they provided more technical information than I expected. For this reason, I have updated my review from 4 to 5 stars. Customer support and responding 'personally' to their issues is everything. Well done Saal!

I have used you many times before. Excellent speed and service as always.
The items I ordered are a present for a South African friend.

I did like the idea overall product. The lay flat printing, the colour reproduction and the paper quality was excellent.
You lose one star because you claim that your staff will retouch any obvious mistakes. There were two mistakes I made and they were very obvious. A red eye in the brides photo. The second one was a obvious flower motif in the middle of a photo that I missed completely to delete as I was in a hurry. But I liked the absolute speed of your delivery for 2 products I purchased. A professional line photo book and a smaller photo book. Thanks

I’ve received the photobook I created for my baby boy’s first-year journey, and I am honestly in love with it. The quality of the hard cover and the inside pages is absolutely beautiful.

Alternatively, you can use the 1-minute photobook option, where the system automatically selects the photos and creates a lovely result in just one minute. Such a wonderful way to keep meaningful memories forever

The photo book ordered looks good but some of the photos looked cut out on the page and some photos were squeezed in the middle of a flat album.
