I hope that no one is using your logo to copy trade because I joined hantec trader on 5th may 2026 and as we speak in Kenya we are not able to access the platform again. It has disappeared with our money and this is not good. I joined with a 100$ others joined with 200$ and it all got lost.

I traded with Hantec Trader and made every effort to comply with all of their rules. I carefully followed the risk management requirements and consistency rules throughout my trading period.

When I requested my payout, my profits were confiscated and my account was permanently closed. Hantec informed me that I had violated their trading rules, but when I asked which specific rule I had broken and requested evidence, they were unable or unwilling to provide any details.

Instead, I was only told that everything was at the company's sole discretion.

From my perspective, this is very concerning. If a company can close an account, cancel profits, and refuse a payout without identifying the specific rule that was violated or providing any supporting evidence, then traders have no meaningful way to understand or challenge the decision.

Unfortunately, this was my experience, and I have also seen other traders report similar situations.

Based on my personal experience, I have lost confidence in the fairness and transparency of Hantec Trader.
According to the email stating that the company can cancel and close accounts at any time, this means they can close accounts or cancel withdrawals whenever they want without requiring notification or proof. I believe there is a lack of transparency here.

I sent an email asking for further explanation but received no reply, and when I asked on Discord, I was banned.

I followed the rules and withdrew my profits as per regulations, but my withdrawal was cancelled and my account was closed without the fund providing any explanation. I think anyone considering using this fund should run away because it lacks transparency.

I started trading a 200K challenge with Hantec Trader back on March 2nd, 2026. I worked my absolute head off, stayed super focused, and strictly followed every single rule they have. I passed Step 1, moved to Step 2 on May 14th, and after weeks of hardcore discipline, I successfully hit the final target on June 24th.

Instead of giving me my funded account after all this massive time and effort, they kept me waiting for days only to send me a bad email on June 30th saying they can no longer provide funded accounts to traders in Egypt due to a "sudden policy change."

Are you kidding me? If Egypt is banned, why did you happily take my money in March? Why did you let me waste 4 months of my life, my nerves, and my energy trading your challenge if you knew you wouldn't give me the account? Offering a refund for the challenge fee doesn't fix this. You stole my time and my profit potential. This is a predatory business model that takes your money and only invents "updated policies" when you actually prove you can pass their tests. Absolutely unprofessional, stay far away.

The payout process was extremely fast, and I genuinely appreciate that. The support team was also polite throughout our conversation.

However, my overall experience was very disappointing.

Like many traders, I wanted to make a small first withdrawal simply to confirm that payouts were reliable before continuing to scale my funded account. I believe this is a completely reasonable approach.

After my withdrawal, I discovered that my Maximum Total Loss had been locked at my starting balance. Since my account balance also returned to the starting balance after the payout, I effectively had zero drawdown remaining, meaning I could no longer place a normal trade without immediately breaching the account.

I understand that this rule exists in the payout specification. However, I believe this is one of the most important rules in the entire program and should be made much clearer before a withdrawal is confirmed.

During my conversation with support, they informed me that they are planning to improve the warning shown before payouts. I appreciate that they acknowledged my feedback. Unfortunately, that improvement came too late to help in my case.

If the system had clearly displayed a message such as:

"Important warning: After this withdrawal, your remaining drawdown will be $0. Please review this very carefully, as placing a normal trade may immediately result in a rule violation."

I would never have made this withdrawal.

I hope Hantec improves this process so that no other traders experience the same situation.

I decided to test this prop firm by purchasing two accounts, one 10k and one 50k.

I traded normally and independently the entire time — no trade copier, no coordination with anyone, and no group activity. Everything was executed by me, and I have proof of my trades and strategies.

Things went well and I reached the withdrawal stage. However, literally one day before submitting my payout request, my account was suddenly banned with the reason “Trading Group”.

This makes no sense in my case.

I contacted support multiple times asking for clarification, but after a few emails I was told the decision is final and they would not respond any further. No real evidence was provided.

To make things worse, I shared my experience in their Discord to warn other users. My message was deleted and I was punished with a 6-day restriction, instead of being given any transparency or proper explanation.

and I opened a ticket in Discord. They said they would respond by email, so I also sent new messages by email, but I was ignored and my Discord ticket was closed!.

If I comment anything about this in Discord, they delete it and give me a 6-day ban or even a permanent ban.

The message they send here on Trustpilot saying, “Hello Wendell, We have requested further information to identify your profile. Kind Regards,” is only to make it look like they are trying to resolve the issue. In reality, they are not contacting me. And I saw people commenting about the same problem of being banned in their chat, and then their comment was completely deleted, and they were probably banned too!

I am updating this review because this is the current situation. This company is a scam 100%!

I had $2,900 to receive, and I will keep updating my review about this case.

I have saved all communications and screenshots, including the deleted Discord message warning people and when I was banned from Discord for 6 days!
