Excellent products and service! Will buy again!

Ryza has been excellent all-around. Their website is well-designed. Their products are affordable and easy-to-use. Their customer service was super responsive to my questions throughout the process. I can't recommend Ryza enough.

I’ve ordered from this company twice so far. Both times I received my order very quickly. The pods themselves are very easy to use.

I’m new to the mushroom growing game so I wanted something easy to start with. Started with two pods and got 4 flushes out of both. I just purchased 4 more. Great product fast shipping I’ll be buying more.

I want to eventually grow mushrooms for a small business idea I have planned. But I didnt want to commit to the entire grow set up until I could practice and make sure I'm actually able to grow mushrooms and enjoy doing it. With the Ryza Pods, it made it extremely easy with great instructions. I'm moving into my first fruiting phase now and I couldn't be more excited. If you're new to the hobby or an expert, these pods make life so much easier. I highly recommend you give them a shot!

First off, what a genius business idea, I’m mad at myself for not thinking of something similar quicker! I have enjoyed my pods immensely. The simplicity paired with the lessened risk of contamination that comes with them is amazing. It is the perfect product for someone new to mycology, but it’s also fun for someone like me who has been doing it for over a year. Once you’ve completed inoculation, just sit back, relax and enjoy the process right in front of your eyes

So I ordered 2 of the "salad container" models because I wanted a quick and easy low maintenence method this timw around, and really didnt care about max yeilds or anything, but mostly I was missing a part to my PC, and don't feel like buying a new one yet. They came fast, just a few days, but the lids were popped out and needed to be pushed back down before opening the bag, that part alone made me worried about contams, but it was still in the bag so I figured maybe the bag was sterilized as wel. Then one stalled at about 1/3 colonization and both containers contamed. Upon opening the sticker over the air filter I found the filter pushed down, like the glue had melted, and was probably pulling in contaminated air the whole time. Contams do happen, but theses were clearly damaged. Things happen, espececially with new products, but ryzagrow was happy to fix it, and sent me 4 replacement pods, but this time the quart sized plastic jars. Unfortunately 2 had been damaged during shipping, the tape on the tops broke, one top was completely off and one twisted loose. Probably the shipping company's fault, but there was definitely a lack of protective packaging materials, and the jars had only 2 peices of tape keeping the lids on. I let ryza know about the damage and packaging issues, but told him we were all square since I got the 2 I paid for and didnt need 4 anyway, but moght try to resterilze them when I got my PC fixed. Well, he sent me out one more replacement jar anyway, and this time he fixed all the packaging issues, and taped the lid all the way around. I eventually resterilized the 2 open ones against ryza's advice, and yeah they were correct, because the glue on the filters melted and peeled off, but I managed to put some polyfill over it and breifly sterilze again, and now the 2 opened ones are halfway colonized, the sealed ones are around 2/3rds colonized. So while I wasted some time on the first two, I ultimately wound up with 5 usable substrates from ryzagrow for the price of 2, so they more than fixed the issue. Its really great to see a vendor care this much about their customers and the products they sell. They were always polite, understanding, helpful, honest, and speedy with their communication, fast to ship, and the product, while the inital offering had some design flaws, it seems theyre absolutely dedicatied to improving the product they sell, and listen to customer feedback, because the new jars are fantastic! Easy to use, easy to understand, easy to maintain and take care of, and big enough of a substrate to get multiple decent harvests. Perfect for beginners, and great for lazy people. I may have saved a little money if I went the pf tek or grain to tub route, but the conveinience of the whole system is worth the few extra bucks. Great product, good value, fantastic vendor!!!.

New to home mycology and found RyzaPods through social media. So easy to use and really simplified the process for a newbie, the product performs well and looks good too. Customer support was really friendly!

Was unsure at first, lots of other stuff out there. Took a chance. Pleasantly surprised! Very easy and simple to use. Fruits were bigger than I've gotten with more well known grow bags\kits! Working on second flush now.
