I am extremely disappointed by the handling of my case by agent Anna.

I contacted Ryanair regarding a duplicate booking (XXXXX) for flight FR3130 (Ibiza to Barcelona, Aug 20). A previous agent (Hazel Sarno) confirmed that the booking was indeed a duplicate and qualified for a refund, after full security verification. However, Anna completely reversed this position without justification, refused to escalate, and closed the chat while I was still actively trying to resolve the issue.

She repeatedly hid behind the excuse of a “third-party booking,” despite the fact that Ryanair issued both tickets, charged me, and confirmed both in my account. Her unwillingness to help or escalate shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for customer support standards.

I have now been left without a resolution, despite clear proof that this is a valid duplicate case. This is unacceptable, and I am escalating the matter externally.

Just awful

Just awful. First and last time flying with Ryan air. Delays (with extremely hot temperatures inside the cabin while grounded), bad service, terrible seats.

Flight FR6519 Charleroi-Olbia 18:10. May 14, 2025. Horrible. Three passengers on seats A1, A2 and A3 were shouting and laughing loudly for the entire flight of over 2 hours. It was very disturbing for many fellow passengers, asked to speak less loudly, but it only got worse. The hostesses and the steward did nothing to stop it. RYANAIR, IT IS A SHAME, ONLY WITH RYANAIR HAVE I EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS, SHAME ON YOU.

contact is waardeloos

Ik moest een naam op een ticket wijzigen, eerst 1 uur in de wacht gestaan via de telefoon, kreeg ik na een half uur te horen dat ik dat via de chatbox moest regelen. Sta nu al bijna 7 uur in de wacht op de chat!!!!!

Inaffidabilità delle prenotazioni

In data 22/02/2025 ho prenotato e pagato il volo 7076 Bari-Roma con partenza ore 16,55 del 19 giugno 2025 (prenotazione EWVV2Z). Il 21/03/2025 mi si avverte che l'orario di partenza è stato anticipato alle ore 14,20 (e, conseguentemente, mi organizzo in relazione a tale nuovo orario). Tuttavia il 24/03/2025 mi perviene altra e-mail con la quale mi si comunica che il volo è stato ulteriormente anticipato alle ore 07,35 (costringendomi, quindi ad alzarmi all'alba) e che, se del caso, posso richiedere la restituzione del pagamento effettuato. Contattata l'Assistenza mi si comunica che per quella giornata non vi sono altrernative se non con un riferimento ad un volo con arrivo a Roma la notte e che, eventualmente, potrò controllare nelle settimane successive la possibile predisposizione di nuovi voli Bari-Roma nel corso della giornata e richiedere - ovviamente a pagamento - la modifica della incardinata nuova prenotazione "coatta" delle 7,35.
Ovviamente ad oggi non vi è alcuna certezza che la "prenotazione coatta" delle 7,35 resti ferma e non sia ulteriormente modificata in termini imprevedibili.
Dunque è impossibile fidarsi della Ryanair e programmare qualunque viaggio che comporti anche la fruizione dei suoi aeromobili!

extra kosten

Vanwege een aanhoudende error-melding in hun systeem, kon ik het verificatieproces niet vervolledigen en werd er mij 66€ extra aangerekend op de luchthaven. Na hun meermaals proberen te contacteren, kreeg ik antwoorden die totaal niet relevant waren en heb ik blijkbaar geen recht op een compensatie. Ik heb nochthans echt alles geprobeerd, het is niet mijn schuld dat er een error in hun systeem zit.

They should ban this airline.
It has absurd policies.
During the purchase of the ticket, you don't understand what is included or not; you don't understand what you are buying (services and luggage) and how much; there is no report before closing the purchase with payment; they don't issue an invoice to non-VAT holders, as if others couldn't need it.

I asked for an invoice the other day, and I bought two extra 20 kg bags because something must have happened in the purchasing process. The flight is in two months!!!! I contacted support and they didn't want to know how to help me, they answer as a boot with an automatic reply.

They really are scoundrels.
I seriously hope they can clamp down and fine this airline and shut it down.
Better to pay more but for companies founded in our countries than to pay for foreign offices that treat us like this.
They only know how to take money from us without giving us any benefit.

Be honest…. That company Ryanair is not worth the bother. Me and my girl couldn’t get a drink or food through the whole flight from Tenerife to Manchester, because they don’t accept Barclays Bank Card. I won’t bother with them ever again. I wouldn’t have booked with them if I had read all the bad reviews.

Rudest staff ever

Rudest staff ever! Crew at gate tried to prevent me from boarding after one of their rude personnel pushed us out of the way. Then the manager refused to reveal his name or ID. They only backed down when I threatened to contact airport police. RYANAIR IS THE WORST! NEVER AGAIN!

I recently had the worst experience flying with Ryanair on a trip to Germany. Honestly, it felt like a complete scam. They lure people in with cheap ticket prices but then charge ridiculous fees for minor issues, making it far more expensive.
First, there was a mistake in my name, and to correct it, they charged me £115. There was no other solution offered—pay up or lose your ticket. That kind of service is unacceptable.
Second, I travel with a refugee travel document, and Ryanair’s app doesn’t allow you to check in online unless you hold a British or other standard passport. There’s no option for those with travel documents, and the app doesn’t explain this clearly. I tried multiple times before going to the airport, but it wouldn’t let me. Then, they charged me £55 at the airport for not checking in online! This is ridiculous—I’ve flown with other airlines, and none are this restrictive or unclear.
The customer service at the airport was terrible. When I arrived at the desk, I was already late for my flight, highly stressed, and asking for help. I explained that I couldn’t pay these extra charges, but they were unwilling to help or offer any solutions.
On top of all this, Ryanair has strict check-in time limits. If you check in outside their narrow window (like 6 hours before the flight), you’ll end up paying even more. It’s like they’re just waiting to overcharge people at every opportunity.
What seemed like a cheap ticket became a nightmare of extra fees and stress. This was the worst journey I’ve ever had, and I will never fly with Ryanair again.

Auto geboekt en betaald via ryanair app. Vervolgens geen auto meegekregen. Geld terug moest via verhuur bedrijf via ryanair ik heb immers via hen geboekt en betaald. Ik meermaals contact opgenomen via ryanair zei verwijzen mij naar de partij waar zei de opdracht neergelegd hebben. Kortom €350 kwijt die nergens te verhalen is. Bij deze plaats ik op elk mogelijke site 1 review. Wat een k firma is dit.

denied access to board the aircraft

On 25th of September there were huge queue lines at the Sofia airport both at the Passport control and Baggage security scanners. However when we reached the Boarding control to us - two people and two other people the boarding was denied. We were there 30 minutes before the flying and the employees were really rude. They didn’t give us a clear reason why they can’t board us, even though the bus was still there with open doors and the two employees were charging a passenger for an extra bag. We were the last people in the queue but they said that the boarding for us is over. The employees there said to report to the Manager of the Airport, as this way they were kicking us with all manners from the gate so that they can close it. they threatened us with calling the police if we don’t get away, just because we wanted to get on the flight. later the manager told us that they should have helped us with getting on the plane.
