Avoid this casino at all costs! I won €12,500 on this site. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, they confiscated my entire balance and closed my account, falsely claiming I used a VPN.I have since provided concrete technical evidence from my official Internet Service Provider (DNA Finland) proving that the IP address used was a standard, non-anonymized Finnish network connection. The casino’s system simply triggered a false positive due to the ISP's internal routing, but the casino refuses to listen to logic or technical facts.They are using cheap technical excuses to avoid paying out large winnings to legitimate players. The case is currently being escalated through the Gambling Authority and Casino Guru. Do not trust them with your money!

Slow systems
Chat support responds fast but all the systems take so long. My verification took about 1 week. But after chatting with support they approved it instantly. Now I wanted to withdraw but they sent an email telling me that my withdrawal was cancelled because the withdrawal option I used was not supported at the moment? So I wanted to change the withdrawal option but every time I click on cancellation it just declines. A red box at the right bottom shows up but with no text. I mean when my withdrawal option is usable why do you let people withdraw with this option and why don’t you cancel the withdrawal for the people after sending the email? I talked with support about this problem and I’m still waiting for internal help. It’s been only 2 days so hopefully it’s fixed next week.
