Bought a couple of item. Both are high quality and Alexei was helpful and prompt at responding with question before the purchase. Hope you carry on the patch series! Would love a long sleeve t shirt or a bomber jacket :)

More then just the product
It starts with the packaging.
Two black parcels and one plastic parcel are enclosed in a larger plastic parcel which displays the brand name.
I was confused by the two black parcels as I had only ordered one hoodie (the plastic bag) and three switch patches (what I assumed was the larger of the black parcels).
Upon opening it I was greeted with a hand written thank you note from Alexei and a complimentary RiverGod keychain.
Underneath this was the Collagen switch patches, the packaging was smooth and clean.
The other black parcels contained the Convict and Biometrics switch patches.
The hoodie felt amazing to touch and had quite a bit of weight to it so when worn it ensures the wearer's warmth.
The switch patches have velcro sheets on the back which you remove to apply to your hoodie, this allows for you to mix a combination of different switch patches without worrying about the back of them diminishing over time.
The hoodie (S) was slightly bigger then I expected however I am smaller then the average so this was expected.
Overall this was an amazing experience and I will definitely purchase from RiverGod again.

Product arrived on time which is good, especially since I made a mistake in the shipping address. I got an email the next day asking for the missing info which was great. One thing that could be improved is that you have to have a specific app to track your parcle which was a bit annoying but it was overall a great experience.

Really happy with the product. I will definitely be purchasing the switch patches for future seasons. Also very positive about the customer service, there was a slight issue with the address I provided and the HR response was quick to correct this.
