Inferior product and poor customer service
I ordered and received my rv cover within several days. After the cover was on for less that 2 weeks, holes appeared where it covered the running boards, the zipper split at the back, seams are pulling apart. Now after 2 months, I am holding the cover in place with bungie cords and binder twine, to prevent it from totally blowing off. If it makes it through the winter, it will be in the garbage in the spring. This cover does NOT stand up to its claims. It is best suited as a dust cover for indoor storage. It is not made to withstand any amount of weather.
I initially contacted the company via email and was offered a replacement cover for the price of $95 shipping. I have followed up with 3 emails questioning the charge for an inferior cover, however, I have not received a response.
I would not recommend purchasing this cover based on the inferior quality, does not stand up to the website claims and poor customer service.

TOTAL RIP OFF
Where do I start, I ordered a truck camper cover and it is 3 times too big, not even close to the right size. When I phoned, got hung up on, no solutions offered except for me to mail it back at $140 by fedex and then I would be refunded my $209. Only can get thru on email to warranty dept. Responses were so slow, been dealing with this for 2 months. The responses finally came with spelling mistakes and not correct grammar. Total rip off and total waste of money. Not a good company to deal with. VERY DISSATISFIED!!

Paid $75 for 1-2 shipping, last Sunday , Nov 6th. It is now Saturday Nov 12th, with a FedEx delivery slated for Monday Nov 14th.

Placed the order and had found a 10% off coupon. Tried to create an account which we were not able to do. Used livechat, who couldn't help us with the account issue, but Justin told us about a coupon for 15% off. When I told him we had placed the order already, he took the order number and applied 15% off. Justin was great. Appreciate live chat. We will call tomorrow as would like to create an account for future reference. A lifetime guarantee on the product was a big feature for our decision to purchase the cover

Did a google search
Did a google search, and yours was one of the first to catch my eye. A lot of little things one has to check out before ordering the correct product. The descriptions are fairly clear. There is a FAQ on how to buy. Maybe something in the product description on what to do/what happens with gutter outlets - like do they have to be taken off, do they have to be protected, are there little pockets built into the top corners to prevent tear out. I need a cover, and will have to figure that part out once it gets here.
