Absolutely love this store, perfect all round. Plenty of private free parking, beautiful spacious displays, extremely clean and tidy but most of all the staff are so helpful and friendly. I had the pleasure of Sam and Mel with their knowledge and guidance, they made my experience so easy and enjoyable - both of them are a credit to your company and cannot recommend them enough. All round perfect 🥰

Went to Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd to by a leather footstool to match a suite we bought from there a number of years ago, our sales person was Ronan he was very helpful and friendly and helped us choose exactly what we were looking for, excellent service and a an asset to the company.

We visited Russell Dean in Calderdale, the sofa range was of a really high quality. We were helped by Laura who seemed to know everything there was to know about sofas! As we have been struggling to find the right sofas we were really happy to have Laura guide us through each design, fabric and build quality.
We bought two sofas and Laura gave her time without any pressure which we really appreciated.

Darren helped us out looking for our new sofa. Even took part of the sofa outside to see it in a different light. Nothing was to much trouble helping us decide.

Ronan was our salesperson during our visit to Russell Dean. He was welcoming, warm and helpful. He is a treasure.

We left having bought a beautiful sofa that is just right for the space we have. We were asked if we needed help, but were also left alone to browse. We received clear and realistic advice on what to expect in terms of delivery times and methods and in how to care for our new sofa.

The quality of furniture here is really impressive. One day, we are definitely coming back for a pair of those amazing recliner chairs on the top floor.

Both Laura and Troy were extremely helpful when I visited the store looking for a new mattress. They explained the different offerings and encouraged me to take my time and try out the various options without feeling pressurized. The ordering process was easy and I am being kept informed of estimated delivery times.

Absolutely fantastic range of items to look at, and the staff are so friendly, and offer you drinks on arrival.
Troy was so helpful from start to finish. It started with my grandma needing a new bed. She is undergoing cancer treatment, so didn't want to spend hours in a shop. Troy showed my mum and myself the beds first, so we could find what she needed spending the time there, and then bring her back to try it. There was no pressure to buy quickly.
I then returned several times with my husband looking at sofas. Every time Troy was patient, allowing us time to decide what is best for us. We finally settled on the sofa for us.

Both ladies were extremely pleasant and jolly and made you feel you mattered.
On the plus side they have a lovely little coffee corner to enable you to chat about your choices.

My Mum and I visited this store today to purchase a bed and mattress. Mum isn't very well and Darren, the salesman, was very patient with us and helped us greatly with his knowledge, sense of humour and kindness. I would highly recommend this store. They also offer parking and lift access so the experience was great for all.

I was recommend by a friend to visit Russell Dean Furniture as I was looking for a new sofa. It was well worth the extra miles to visit their beautiful showroom in Mytholmroyd. The showroom was bright & immaculate with so much choice of all types of furniture. We felt comfortable as soon as we entered the showroom. Ronan introduced himself and left us to look round at our leisure. He was there to answer any questions when we were ready. No pressure to buy at any stage. When we had decided on our choice of sofa Ronan answered all our questions and took the time to show us how to care for our new sofa when it arrives. These things are important and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Mell brought us complimentary tea coffee & biscuits. All in all we recieved excellent customer service. Thank you Ronan & Mell for making it a great experience. I have already recommended Russell Dean Furniture to many of my friends & family. I am sure we will visit again for all our future furniture needs. 5 stars for wonderful service & 5 stars for a great experience. Thank you.

Russell and Dean at Mythomroyd, what an amazing store offering a fabulous selection of furniture. Arrived looking for a new Sofa & Chairs, Laura offered her support to us without being at all pushy her expertise was invaluable & helped with our final choice her attention to detail on product & product care was first class.
