We had a fantastic experience at Russell Dean, and a special thank you to Ronan, who helped my partner choose and purchase a sofa.

Ronan was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made us feel welcome every time we visited. He was kind, approachable and genuinely took the time to help us find what we wanted.

Had a great experience at Russell Dean today Bought a leather sofa chair and footstool all at a bargain price in clearances! Our sales assistant Ronan waa very helpful pleasant and knowlegable without putting any pressure on to purchase. He did a great job and we were very impressed with the after sales back up etc as well. All in all a great find close to home!

From the moment I visited the shop, the experience was really positive. Approachable & friendly from the off. I visited 3/4 times before making the decision on the sofa I have ordered. He gave me plenty of time to find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure and gave me honest advice/recommendations.

Having visited Russell Dean’s impressive showroom in the past we decided to revisit to look for a new sofa and chairs. We were met by a pleasant salesman Troy. He quickly and accurately established our needs and pointed out the Gplan Kingsbury Range which fitted our requirements perfectly. Troy proved to be an excellent salesperson putting us at ease. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the range. He put us under no pressure and gave us ample time to decide fabric, size and technical specifications. During the ordering process Troy fully explained the sales options available and has kept in touch with us regarding the delivery, mid December. Troy and the team at Russel Dean are highly recommended.

We purchased a sofa and chair, it was our first visit to Russell Dean but it won't be our last. We had some specific requirements and Laura was really helpful and patient, we made three visits in all and each time Laura was on hand to give advice and provide individual quotations for the suites we were considering.We found her to be kind friendly and very informative but never pushy as in other furniture retailers, Laura gave us time and space to make our decisions but was always on hand to help us when needed. We don't think we could have found anyone better to assist us and everyone at the store were also very friendly would highly recommend Russell Dean.

We were welcomed to the store by two lovely ladies, Melanie and Samantha who took us to where we could view three piece suites and beds. They then handed us over to a very nice gentleman whose name I did not get, who took so much time and patience to choose not only a bed but also a three piece leather suite. His knowledge was second to none and he explained carefully the care needed to look after both items. We were not pressured into purchasing and felt completely at ease with the service we received and would certainly recommend the store to friends and family. It was worth travelling over to this store and so glad we did. Thank you all so much for your friendly and efficient service you gave us and would certainly return if we need any other items of furniture in the future.

Darren was extremely knowledgeable of the furniture we were looking for and the manufacturers products that would suit our needs.

We have just purchased a new Tempur mattress and were so impressed with the service. The patience, help and knowledge we received from Samantha was absolutely second to none. We were given the time we needed to make the right choice with no pressure whatsoever. Excellent customer service. Visited to enquire about a standard 2 seater Parker Knoll sofa to replace our large sofa. We were looked after by Samantha, who helped us to find the 2 seater sofa in the same style as our current sofa, and in the same fabric. Samantha was pleasant and knowledgeable about Parker Knoll furniture, the fillings, fabrics, post purchase care etc. so we were very happy dealing with her. We have placed a deposit for our new sofa, and hope for it to be delivered prior to Christmas. If needed, our current sofa will also be removed when the new sofa is delivered. Overall, we’re very happy with our latest experience of dealing with Russell Dean.

Excellent service from Samantha and Alan, helping us to choose two sofas. We spent two mornings there, looking at the wide range of sofas and getting advice on the options and offers available.

Fantastic service by Samantha we then ordered our items, very smooth process, brilliant furniture shop which we visit when we are on holiday in the area...this will be the 3rd time we have ordered furniture 😊....we shall return

Pleasantly surprised by the look of the modern building with a car park underneath together with a lift to all floors. We were greeted very promptly on getting out of the lift by Roman who was pleasant, courteous and most helpful without being pushy. He accompanied us to the area where we needed to be and demonstrated the product we were interested in in a very professional manner.He also made sure we were aware of the offers that were available in the sale and explained the buying process from start to finish.

Lovely shop , warm and clean , lots of choice, staff were lovely, there if you needed them no pressure, love the way you could just put the deposit down with no obligation, just to hold the offers , Laura was lovely , so help , I bought a sofa set and some dinning chairs ,would definitely recommend..thank you Laura 😀

Very friendly, professional staff with excellent product knowledge. Laura left us to try the beds on our own for a while then she helped us to narrow it down without being pushy.
