DVO coil spring
Bought a new spring for my dvo coil shock ordered on a Thursday morning here the next day.
Thought it was the wrong spring length after a few emails back and forth managed to get it fitted.
Absolutely brilliant company will certainly be using them again.
Quick postage and even quicker with emails and queries can't fault this company what so ever it was a pleasure doing business.

I had a positive experience with Ruk Bikes. They offered great service, fast delivery, and helpful customer support. Although delivery was slightly slower than expected on one occasion, they promptly resolved issues and provided the right parts when needed. Competitive prices and reliable service make them a trustworthy choice. Would recommend!

Thay had what I needed!
I had a part number for an item that had dropped off my bike but I was't sure if I could find a supplier. I found Ruk Bikes on Google and they had the part I was looking for. What a relief.

Quality products, amazing prices and fantastic customer support +++
I thought this was going to be a 1 star review as my item didn’t arrive when I expected it to and I honestly thought I’d lost my money because it was too cheap to begin with, anyway I emailed them a couple of days after tracking information was sent to me and nothing arriving, I got a response within an hour and a replacement arrived the next day.
Fully recommend these guys not just for incredible value but also fantastic customer support. I wouldn’t hesitate in ordering again. 5* ++++

Genuinely thought this company was just a middle man, even if so they replied to me near instantly with real time stock info. It was a real person that even mentioned ordering sooner would have it packed and out same day. It arrived next day just like they said and was in all packaging as it should be. Don’t expect anything els! Decent.

Ruk Bikes did its job.
The website navigation was straightforward and I found the product I was looking for easily. Ordering and delivery went smoothly. I’m not particularly enthused by the product itself- a ‘D Lock’ holder - however it is manufactured by an entirely separate company and Ruk Bikes are not in anyway responsible for the holder’s shortcomings.
