They sent 3 workers to do the work and the work was completed in 4 hours. They worked non stop. I am sure if I need any after-care on the doors it will be sorted out. A highly recommend company for everything, speed, efficiency, reliability and quality and service. 5*

Ruislip Windows visited our property to give us a quote along with a few other window salesmen so we have direct and immediate comparisons between them and others. Ruislip Windows were, by far, the least pushy and most helpful. They suggested lot of different options and didn't give us a deadline to make a decision by. We were left to do our own research and figure out if it was the right price and quality for us. This was one of the main reasons we chose to go with them, other than the absolutely glowing reviews.

Everyone at Ruislip windows was helpful and professional, including our installers (Lee & Ross).

The only downside in our experience was that we were asked for payment half way through the second day of installation, before it had finished and then chased again the next morning. This was before anyone asked us how the installation was going and/or whether we were happy with the products. We still haven't been asked if we're happy with how everything went and only asked to write a review.

Despite this, we did have a question about the front door installation and an inspector arranged to visit our property the same day to take a look. So we've no doubt that if we had a problem in the future with their products, Ruislip Windows would come and help us out, which more than I can say for past suppliers.

The most important aspect is the quality of the windows, doors and fittings. We are so grateful for the top notch quality of our new windows and door. We loved the salesman's approach which was without urgency, emotional manipulation or lying. We were very impressed with the installers and we very much appreciated the aftercare service when we had a query. As a result of our experience, we have given Ruislip Windows 5 stars.

We will be using them again in the not too distant future.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Ruislip Windows. Joe was very responsive with quotes and recommendations, understanding that a deadline that I had was made a little tricky over the Christmas period, and making sure that it would be finished in time for that. In fact everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with their work and I'll use them again in the future.

I’m genuinely glad I found Ruislip Windows and would recommend them to anyone. From installation to aftercare, they’ve been excellent. In a market where it’s hard to know who to trust, they are honest, transparent, and deliver exactly what they promise.

After installation I had two small issues — a scratch on the internal glass and a mark on the frame. Both were resolved immediately with no questions asked (replacement glass fitted and the frame mark buffed out). Their team is friendly, helpful, and always willing to offer advice.

I had a porch fitted and changed a ,back door and a few windows. Really pleased with the quality of the work. Excellent professional service from surveyor and office staff as well.

The company responded very quickly to a problem with our door lock. The engineer who came was very polite and efficient. He went back to the office to get a replacement lock and as my wife has arthritis he brought two locks to see which would be better. Extremely impressed with the customer service and would thoroughly recommend Ruislip Windows and Doors.

Had seen the quality of the work that RW&D have done before on others houses so booked them to glaze and roof our conservatory, as it isn’t a standard shape/size. Alex and Dave were fantastic, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. So glad that we chose a local company and that we got Alec and Dave, they did a super job in trying weather and with design problems to solve. Solve them they did and to a very high standard. I wish all improvement works could be as painless and fruitful as this one.

We recently had the window at the front of our house replaced by RWD and I would just like to say how pleased we are with the install. Fernando and Cass did a thoroughly professional job to a high standard, always keeping us updated and cleaning up everyday. Would recommend RWD to anyone who is looking for quality workmanship.

We have used Ruislip windows four times now to replace all the windows and side and back doors to our property. Their service is excellent. Our recent fitters (Fernando & Casio) were superb. They made sure everything was cleaned and tidied before they left each evening and wete both very polite.
We had a minor issue with the wrong glass being supplied but the company called to apologise and ordered replacements within 3 days. The fitters also contacted the company on our behalf to ensure the replacements would be ordered as soon as possible which was above our expectations.

I have contracted Ruislip Windows at last four times over the past 15 or so years- On occasion I have needed a door to be adjusted or a window lock replaced as was the case recently.
What really stands out aside from a great install team is their after care service it is simply the best.
Problem fixed and all the team are courteous and considerate. Great company thank you
