Came across these guys online. Came and quoted within a few days. Fitted within a few weeks for 9 Windows. Reasonable price and not pushy which we all prefer. Fitters were clean and respectful at all times. Highly reccommend them.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Herts Glass Windows & Doors. They came on time firstly to give a quote and secondly to do the work.

A good installation process and nice and tidy working practice

The company were helpful in making a decision about an installation, and didn't exert any pressure before we asked them to do the work. The quality of the windows is very good and the workmen were well organised and easy to have around the house. Shane and his company were very easy to deal with, completely reliable, and did exactly what they undertook to do.

Herts Glass installed new windows throughout our entire house, a new front and side door and also two sets of bi-fold doors at the rear in 2022. We had a great installation experience with them, so we went back to them for internal window blinds for our front windows and again they came in at a great price with great customer service. They have been brilliant with after sales support when needed, coming out to rectify a small issue we had with the front door after a few years in under 24hrs! No hesitation in recommending Shane & his team at Herts Glass!

Shane and team came to measure and fit all our new windows. They were very impressive given that they had to work around other contractors on site who were completing some renovation work. They were also courteous and considerate of our carpet and walls in the existing part of the house so as not to mark or damage anything.

I had a glass panel on an old window shatter. Rang Herts glass just before 5pm they came out the next day and measured up. As soon as panel was delivered they fitted it that evening adding it on to his days schedule. Whilst he was there I asked if he could look at a couple of French windows, one had a draft coming through one I couldn’t shut easily. Sorted out problem on one and the other will do in day light. None of these doors / windows were originally fitted by Herts glass they are all quite old but never once did he try and sell me new. A helpful, friendly fast efficient service whilst charging very reasonable rates. Makes a nice change to get a reliable service.

Another great installation from the team at Herts Glass . Both Tim and Jason installed a composite front door and window respectively. Great service from Shane , well priced and superb quality .

Good communication, got to visit the showroom which gave us different ideas about the door we wanted, easy to pay, date of installation was soon after order placed and the agreed date was met and the installation team was efficient and polite. The door was installed, potential problems flagged up and place was neat and tidy when they finished. And the price was competitive compared to other quotes we received. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend this supplier.
