Herts Glass Windows and Doors Ltd Anmeldelser

Herts Glass installed windows and doors for the whole house. There were a number of follow up actions which were carried out with a minimum of fuss, to a high standard and in a timely fashion. If you want the peace of mind that the job gets done to your satisfaction then I would highly recommend Herts Glass. The follow up service provided by Neil and Shane has been very impressive.

Very good work, we've been pleased with all the windows and doors they have installed for us, on a number of occasions. They are really efficient with visits and the information of what they will be doing and when is clear. Their work is neat and tidy and we've been really pleased with the final results.

The project involved two new bow windows and an oriel window for a semi- detached house in north-west London. Initial contact with Shane was informed and professional. The quote was helpful and detailed and included 3D projections. The price was competitive. Follow-up technical queries were responded to swiftly and in detail. The Rehau Rio product fitted to the house is attractive and looks robust. The fitter was clearly very experienced and capable. The team was friendly, polite and left the site clean and tidy. There were no problems. I would recommend Herts Glass to anyone considering a similar project.

Neil was excellent installing and repairing our windows and doors 5 star highly recommended look no further if you want new windows doors or repairing window and doors.

I am so happy I chose Herts Glass, my new windows and doors look brilliant. The team were so friendly and gave me great advice on what my options were. I would definitely use them again and will be recommending them to all my friends and family

We had a problem with our front door and lock - for Herts Glass, only a small job - but Neil was able fit us in between larger jobs. Would definitely recommend Neil for his efficiency and useful advice.

Fantastic service received from this company really helped me with what I wanted and made that process easy with the help they gave me on what I was looking for and was so happy with the service I received from Herts glass security solutions

What a fantastic company, such great service and very reasonably priced.
A real pleasure to deal with.

I can’t thank Shane, Neil and Morgan enough for the amazing job they've done.
Shane measured everything perfectly and explained all my options.
The dates given after the quotes were very convenient for me.
The team really did a great job. They worked very efficiently and are true professionals. We had them do a sliding doors for our kitchen, two bay windows, one kitchen, one bathroom and a hall window.
I would recommend them to everyone looking for excellent prices and workmanship

Brilliant! Shane and Neil were absolutely brilliant! We had very specific requirements and they did not fail to deliver. Wonderful service and a very lovely team to boot. Would work with them again, any day of the week.

This is the second time we have used Herts Glass and we have been impressed by the service they offer. All communications, from the initial estimate to the end of the project, were clear and informative. A very professional job from Shane and his team. We will use them again.

Herts Glass were great, they offered informed advice and several quotes to help us decide what we wanted, then there was clear comms around fitting and the result is our picture window and french doors look great!

Very efficient same day service. Would definitely reccomend

Shane met me, measured up, quoted a fair price for all the windows of my whole town house, (gave me the 2nd lowest of 5 quotes) but went out of his way to explain my options, source what we needed and he and his team finished the job well. Have already recommended Herts Glass to family and friends.

Been using Herts Glass for all my building projects over the last year, very competitive prices, really good lead times and never hold up any of my projects. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for any windows and doors

Service was top notch great bunch of lads came out to fit a replacement window job was completed up to standard kept the area very tidy during work can’t thank them enough for my new window

Another outstanding job! I've used this company for the second time to install double glazing windows and I'm very happy with the job they've done! Very professional team, reliable, punctual, hard working. Probably the best in Watford! Thank you Shane, Neil, Morgan, Kat for your exellent work! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Recently had a Bifolding door install by Herts glass, couldn't be happier with the service. Neil done a great job, good eye for detail, very helpful with a few different bits he did for me while he was there. I highly recommend using these guys for any work you need doing.

Neil and his team were absolutely fantastic. They came during the survey and explained everything really well and the work they could do. The work involved finishing the trim around several windows as well as replacing an entire window with frame. On the day of the install, they were polite and respectful and carried out all the work with zero hassle. They went above and beyond by sorting out extra little bits that were beyond the original job spec and it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional company. I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to family/friends.

Outstanding job done by Shane and his team. New window fitted (2 smaller separate windows converted into one big window), excellent quality, great timekeeping, very tidy, no mess left at all, finish top notch. Great communication throughout and quote accuracy. Very happy with the Herts glass, will be using in future and highly recommend.
