I have had such an amazing experience from start to finish. The most lovely staff when you arrive making you feel so welcomed. I couldn’t recommend this team enough! I expressed my concerns to Dr. Latiff and he transformed my smile to exactly what I envisioned. I am so in love with my new smile!

My experience at Ruh dental was amazing! I began my dental experience here at the end of May and I can honestly say it has been wonderful every step of the way. I felt very looked after and the staff were amazing. Beginning with Dr Riz who kickstarted the process and allowed me to envision the end result of my teeth. Krystal was amazing at my first Invisalign fitting as well as the end of treatment review! Megan the treatment coordinator who looked after me every step of the way. She was always open to finding the right solution and so extremely helpful! Dr pete gave me my beautiful composite bonded teeth after accommodating two trial smiles while i was trying to make up my mind of what i wanted to have done! And last but not in any way least Bianca who always delivered such a warm welcome and answered any questions i had or directed me to the right person. She was so friendly on each of my visits into the fleet street clinic and made me feel very comfortable and if there were significant wait times she always checked in on me and let me know when id be seen.

All in all the entire team were amazing and made the process and experience unmatched. Having Invisalign and composite bonding done to my teeth has to be the best decision I’ve ever made and I am so pleased that I went with Ruh dental. Xxx

I received fantastic service from Ruh. Starting with the reception staff to Dr Briar Koyi for my successful periodontal treatment by him to referring me to dr Justin Glaister for composit bonding. I’m overjoyed with the final result. Highly recommend Ruh Dental. All the staff are friendly and accommodating.

I had a consultation for gum contouring. I was seen by Dr Charlie who was absolutely brilliant. I told him exactly what I wanted done, he saw my vision and he showed me a little teaser on his computer on what he hopes to do for me. He knew I lived far and was travelling in, he also knew how badly I wanted this treat so explained to me he has time today to do my treatment so I don’t have to continually travel in for yet another appointment. Of course I said and he gave me some time to prepare myself as it was a very last minute decision. Throughout the procedure Dr Charlie was amazing and continued to communicate with me so I don’t feel any pain, I know I have long etc. It was the least painful procedure I have ever done and so quick. Upon seeing the final result I cried happy tears - he did such an amazing job. The perfectionist in me was satisfied and I can’t thank Dr Charlie enough for his work. He’s got magic in his hands and knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about it.

Beyond pleased with my experience at Ruh Dental. Doctor Riz was so patient and caring during my whole Invisalign treatment and also very efficient. He also kept extending the treatment for no extra cost until I was absolutely happy with my results, there was never any pressure. Dr Abi was also amazing at providing me with the aftercare once my treatment and Mya was very good at assisting me with all of my queries. I cannot recommend them enough and can’t wait to get more treatments done with them in the future! 👏

I wanted to say a huge thank you to all the team in Ruh Spinningfields! From the initial consultation, the moment I walked into the clinic I knew it would be the right choice for me! Everyone is so friendly all the reception staff. Donna was my co-ordinator, absolutely lovely woman she couldn’t do enough for me and answered all my emails, queries & helped me out so much! Biggest thanks to Dr Sully! He really knew what I wanted for my smile and what looked best for me. Nothing was too much trouble! He made me feel so at ease & I trusted his opinion 100%. Also I huge thanks to Carrie & Chloe for all your help and support too everyone has been amazing!
I’ve told all my friends & family to come to Ruh now, two of them have had already booked consultations already so I really hope they choose you as I had a great experience so far!

Really friendly staff, and beyond happy with the end result

My experience with Ruh Dental on Fleet Street over the past year has been nothing short of amazing! Mya and her colleagues were all so polite, friendly and helpful. They were consistently in contact with appointment reminders and updates. My hygienist Lana always does a fantastic job and gives great advice. Finally, Dr. Tom did an unreal job with my Invisalign treatment but the work he did with my composite bonding was beyond amazing. Honestly the change in my entire face is unreal. Can’t thank the Ruh Dental team enough. 1000000000% recommended them!

I had invisalign from Dr Riz and composite bonding from Dr Pete and I am so happy with the result! They were both so friendly and professional and made me feel at ease! Would definitely recommend Ruh dental to everyone!

I am not one to write reviews, however, on this occasion I felt compelled to share my experience with this amazing Dentist and associated practice support team.

I first met Dr Slaine , just over 2 years ago after deciding that I wanted a "smile makeover" I had always been nervous of the dentist & was not as regular visitor as perhaps I should have been in my 49 years of life.

Dr Slaine , conducted a thorough assessment & discussed what I was expecting in terms of the makeover. Slaine and the team at Ruhdental then set out a plan that would take 2 years before I would see the end of my Cosmetic journey. I have just reached the end of the journey, that went by in the blink of an eye.Throughout that period I attended on many occasions for various treatments and met a whole variety of the team at Ruh from the front desk team to the back office support , Hygienist & of coarse Dr Slaine for the Cosmetic work. This experience has changed my life in terms of how I smile and the confidence that it has given me. I cannot recommend Dr Slaine and the team at Ruhdental highly enough - Keep up the good work and the High standards.

Ruh dental are quick to take payment, but their aftercare is frankly atrocious and non-existent in my case. Having spent thousands of pounds on a set of composite veneers with Dr Slaine McGrath at Ruh Dental Fleet Street, I was due for a 6 month composite review and polish yesterday. It took a great deal of organisation to arrange childcare and physically get to my appointment as I have recently given birth to a little girl and I live just outside of London. My commute into London took over 1.5 hours as there were delays on the trains. I was less than 10 minutes late for my appointment, but was sadly turned away by the receptionist under Slaine’s instructions despite my best efforts at explaining my circumstances and the challenging commute I had just experienced. There was absolutely no empathy, no understanding and no flexibility. As an NHS Consultant myself, I can say that I have never in my 15 years career turned a patient away. But I guess that is the difference between an NHS doctor and a private cosmetic dentist who has already taken her lump-sum payment upfront.

My experience with Ruh dental was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming especially my dentist Dr Pete Niesiolowski. He’s been very calm and friendly with me which made the overall experience excellent.

I'm currently on week 8 of my dental plan with RUH, and I can honestly say the service is exceptional. From my first meeting with Donna, to my treatments with Riz, Abby and Alisha, everything has been perfect.

The reception team always give you a warm welcome on arrival, all treatments are explained thoroughly, and the pricing is spot on. Professionalism exemplified. I wish I'd done this years earlier. I'm already seeing drastic improvement.

I had my composite veneers done by Andy who had previously done them 6 years ago and they needed a freshen up!

Donna, the patient coordinator, booked me in and made sure we were well-catered for; she was very good with communicating the times, dates and the process, along with a follow up to check how it went.

Andy did my veneers and they look so much better than my others which had lost colour over time. While I was having the treatment, I was made to feel at ease and regularly checked up along with some music and tv on too making the experience, overall, much more chilled than a regular trip to the dentist.

I highly recommend Ruh Dental and will always return!

I cannot recommend Ruh Dental enough! The service is always exceptional, the staff are all so lovely and welcoming and has such a nice atmosphere, you never feel uncomfortable the dentists and nurses always put you at ease making the experience a joy not a worry.
