Outstanding staff and outstanding experience the whole way through.

My teeth were all over the shop when I first saw Ruh, 9 months of Invisalign and composite bonding at the end; they look incredible.

Couldn't thank them more!

I booked an appointment (6 weeks ago), paid the £50 deposit and then had something come up so phoned the day before to move the appointment. Seemingly they have a 3 day phone before policy to move your appointment. I don't really mind that they kept the deposit, I get they're a business and there to make money but

1) would've been nice if when I booked they said "by the way, you need to phone 3 days before if you want to change the date." I even looked on their website for a cancellation policy, they don't have it displayed.

2) Seems like a bizarre business decision, my appointment was for a consultation, I'm after a likely quite expensive set of treatments, I don't really get why you wouldn't just let me move it. There's no way it doesn't cost you more than £50 to acquire a customer. Anyways guess it's probably a good dentist, just make sure you go to the appointment on time, and don't try and move it!

over all great experience. customer service is great. The dental service is very professional, everything is explained to you in detail and delivered as explained. The actual dental care provided is of the highest quality I have ever received, special thank to Richard Field who is great at what he does. One of the few places I would highly recommend, especially Richard!

When I first contacted this dentist by email. The conversation was prompt leading to an appointment less than a week.

The checkup appointment went through with no major issues, they offered me a phone number and email to discuss further on my possible dental treatment.

I obviously went for email because I am Deaf. What happened after was awful communication.

My emails were taking forever to be responded to.

It's now 25th March and the appointment was in early February. I wanted to start a treatment within two weeks but it's now taking almost two months.

This is incredibly unfair on me because I can't just call them. All I can do is just email them and hope they respond quickly which they often don't.

All my life I have been ignored and/or made non-priority simply because I am Deaf, difficult to communicate and I can't bear to go through this again with Ruh Dental.

Not only that, I've found that they're charging me differently. They asked me to pay for the initial consultation fee which I happily paid.

Later on, I found out that the fee on their website was cheaper. I don't know why they're charging me a higher fee and at this point I already told them that i am Deaf. In this hostile climate, I try to save what I ca, this is no way to treat a disabled person. I don't know why they're charging me a higher fee and I sincerely hope it's not out of laziness/discriminatory reasons.

Do not recommend.

After visiting a few providers, Ruh Dental was recommended by a friend. The team at Ruh certainly met and exceeded my expectations. Megan and Dr Josh were both considerate to my many, many questions! There was also robust coordination with my orthodontist, who is based abroad, and I appreciated the attention to detail that Dr Josh consistently demonstrated. On the treatment day, Dr Josh created a visualization, and we spoke through a few aesthetic decisions. Dr Josh has certainly mastered the art of his craft and the quality of his work shows.

For anyone considering cosmetic changes, I would recommend the orthodontics (e.g. braces) first to achieve a better overall aesthetic. I was tempted (more than once!) to end the orthodontics early, although my smile looks wider and fuller - in addition to the improvements Dr Josh was able to make with the shape of my teeth. There's an even more notable improvement with the changes Dr Josh was able to make. Thanks again!

My only insecurity was my teeth and I’m so grateful and thankful for haroon and his immaculate service. Great customer service and even remembered things we spoke about in our first appointment. Very patient and kind and went through the process easily. Thank you so much haroon you’re actually the best. Price was also affordable. Thank you to ruh dental front of staff. Amazing customer service.

I had fluorosis on my front teetch and was told I could get ICON treatment, but if this didn’t completely remove the white spots, I could add composite veneers for a better final result. I wasn’t sure about having to have composites because of the need for replacement every few years. Dr Desai really respected what I wanted done and didn’t push me to get composite veneers on top, and did an amazing job with the ICON treatment so my results were great without having to add composites. Thank you!

After seeing so many smile makeovers I took the plunge and booked in with Dr Matt Parsons, I can honestly say I’ve never smiled so much in my life. He is a true artist in his field and I would recommend him and RUH Dental to everybody! Thank you!

I found Dr Kunal by chance when looking at someone’s instagram story. My first thought was - “WOW… can i have teeth like this??” I looked at the journey that this individual went through and decided that I knew Dr Kunal would be my go-to for composite bonding. I initially started looking for invisalign clinics elsewhere as I didn’t understand the importance of sticking to one dentist at the time, so I went to my local dental office in Fulham to get invisalign and whitening. Boy was that a mistake! If someone had told me from the start to stick with Dr Kunal for the entire journey, I would do it now in a heartbeat. Dr Kunal helped fix mistakes with my invisalign (done by another clinic) and saved me a lot of stress (and money) - even though this was not his responsibility and not what I was paying him for. He offered me countless advice and responded to me even on weekend hours (when i wasn’t expecting him to and before I was his patient)- he saved me a lot of emotional stress and reassured me. When it finally came to my composite bonding treatment, I knew I would be in good hands finally. Dr Kunal was so thorough and fixed very difficult parts of one tooth especially and would not stop until he reached perfection. I have felt so lucky to have found his instagram page and would recommend everyone to him. He has been professional, kind, thorough, patient and extremely detail orientated. I have loved my teeth ever since and now need to learn to smile with my teeth for the first time! Thank you so much Dr Kunal. I hope everyone can learn from my mistake and come to you for the start-to-finish treatment. I now have a dentist I feel extremely comfortable with and know I will be ok safe hands for any future treatment!

I had composite edge bonding on my front 4 teeth by Matt Parsons. He was so friendly and I felt instantly relaxed in his company! My teeth are exactly what I wanted, I will recommend him to everyone!! Hopefully I won’t have to come back for a good few years but if I do it’ll be a pleasure

After a horrible experience in London getting composites, Beatrice at Ruh dental assured me she would fix it. Her attention to detail is nothing next to outstanding as she puts care into each individual tooth. She was caring and gentle making sure I was okay throughout the procedure. Ruh Dental from start to finish is nothing but professional.

I would like to say the biggest thank you to Ruh Dental, especially Beatrice! Everyone at Ruh Dental is so welcoming and friendly. I was so nervous about the procedure but Beatrice put me at ease and reassured me and I felt I could really trust Beatrice throughout my journey. Ruh dental is different compare to a lot of dental places I’ve been too. A lot more comforting relaxing the staff treat you good. I’m impressed by how the dental surgeon look out for you by giving the best option and explain everything to detail. My experience was with Dr steersy made me feel at home pretty sure the other doctors are the same 👊🏼

The customer service at Ruh Dental is truly disappointing. Be prepared to constantly chase at every stage of the process - I’ve had to email and call continuously to secure my appointments (consultation, actual appointment and follow up). The organisation is poor - I was initially asked to send photos of my teeth on 3 occasions. Trying to secure a follow up appointment has been on going for months. I have spent thousands on my teeth and would expect the customer service to be better. Don’t be fooled by the first class service for those with a high following! The only time I had a quick, seamless service was to take payment. I am, however, extremely happy with the results of the treatment, but the process of arranging appointments is extremely slow and painful! Very poor!

5/5 for the teeth but unfortunately the same cannot be said for the customer service!

From booking a consultation, to leaving with my new and improved teeth - I couldn’t have received a better experience at every stage.

I decided I wanted to improve my smile and was curious if composite bonding was the best way. I booked a consultation with the help of the amazing reception team (so helpful), saw Dr Justin who gave me the best options and advice without over complicating anything - within a week I was back in Justin’s chair for my bonding appointment. Couple hours later I walked out with my new smile, from the shape to the colour, Justin absolutely NAILED it.

The whole process was seamless, pain free and I would do it again and again because I’m so madly happy with the results.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I was so nervous trusting someone with my smile but Dr. Arshad is so professional and knowledgeable that the outcome exceeded what I expected. From Bianca heading the front desk, with her team as a natural pro and flawless welcoming skills. To Megan for managing my case and all-around gifted skills and great advice. To Lana the super talented charismatic hygenist, for giving me a fresh and clean smile and future hygiene tips. To the humorous Dr. Charlie, for producing and crafting the smile, I was missing and was always just unsure of; guiding me through my composite bonding journey with his super assistant Daniela.
