I ordered a large rug and runner. I was pleased with the quality but the colour of the runner was too dark for the space. I tried to ask for a return and it is nearly impossible to speak to a person. I am from Canada so the time to call is very limited. They are open from 8 to 1 on some weekdays. This is difficult when you work 9 to5 hours from Monday to Friday. I had to send an email or speak to their BOT. Needless to say, this has been a frustrating experience. I was also charged 50.00 for shipping the rug back with no compensation. There ARE NO exchanges! You can return the rug but then purchase another one online. When you invest in a product you expect better service. These rugs are quite costly so I would expect better service from the company. The fact that you can not get a hold of a live person to discuss your issue is quite frustrating. Not all of the answers are located in the FAQ's.
Buyer beware

We just had our floors redone and we really wanted some rugs to protect them, and more importantly, look good. Ruggable rugs were the perfect idea.
We purchased three: two different runner lengths and a matching doormat.
Easy to order, quick to ship, and even easy to exchange ~ after one of the runners arrived, I decided that a longer one would work, and Ruggable’s customer service was a breeze to deal with in swapping out for a new size.
A+ experience all the way around. I’d highly recommend them!

Just ordered my third Ruggable rug! Love the material, the colours and the designs. Delivery has always been quick and the product has met or exceeded my expectations.

Liked the fabric. Liked that chair was easy to set up.
Dislike that the chair came with a seem that was not sewn properly so the padding is sticking out when pressure is put on the seat.

I have just ordered my 8th Ruggable and never want to go back to regular carpeting again! I eliminated my wall to wall carpeting in my remodel, I have officially retired my carpet shampoo machine as I no longer have a need for it anymore! The rugs stand up to high traffic including wheelchairs and walkers.
I have purchased a variety of sizes. Doormats, 8x10 runners, 8 Ft round, 5x7, 8x10 and 9x12. (10x14 wasn’t available before). I have experienced a variety of spills from humans and non humans alike. Wine, coffee, urine, diarrhea, a gallon of milk, food. Ugh. They wash beautifully and all the stains and odors, gone!!
These rugs handle it all beautifully and saved my sanity.

I get the Flatwoven with the standard pad. It handles walkers and wheelchairs fine, my dog, and 4 grandsons. Easy to wash and dry. Being disabled it is a little tricky to get the rug back on the pad, but my daughter helps me with that. I have 5 with the largest being 6 x 9. I just bought two more of the large rugs without the pads, so I can always have a rug down when one is in the wash.

The cost is worth it. Over the years I have had to replace rugs several times a year because they were not easy to clean. I have even had damage to my floor for a spill that reached the floor underneath. Ruggable rugs and pads protect the floor.

Pretty fast shipping, easy to understand website, especially the different thickness of rugs and rug pads, reviews, and other information. What we got is exactly what we expected. The rugs are thick, not flimsy/shabby, they look fabulous on the floor, and they do NOT curl up on the corners as we thought might happen. The fact that we can just wash them...wow! They can be rolled up to store, so we'll be getting seasonal versions to swap out! They're printed, but they look fabulous. These are not cheap-printed junk rugs. The pads are quite strong, and walking on them..soft!

There's a finite number of rug styles/patterns, but you can search by anything.. a word, a style, color, size, theme, etc. It's fun to browse! Most of the sample photos are of the rug in different positions, rooms, and you get a pretty good idea of how it will look in a space.

The site is very responsive, too. Overall, we're impressed and this is our second purchase from them!

I had seen these rugs for awhile and my friend sent me a photo of one she purchased and raved about it! With heavy traffic in and out of my house as well as pets I was a bit skeptical but took a chance! I purchased holiday runners first then after I saw them I ordered to large rugs for my living and dinning rooms! Couldn’t be happier

Ruggable is the rug I LOVE! The rug is not shaggy by any means. It is easy to clean [OBVIOUSLY] but to sweep or vacuum it also! The fabric is soft and I will never own or have any other rugs in my home! I can’t get enough of RUGGABLE!

I have 3 dogs and with them just going in and out all the time the carpet gets dirty. Normally I have to drag the carpet cleaner out, clean the carpet and then clean the carpet cleaner - well no more - I am so looking forward to the ease of putting my Ruggable in the washer!! This will make my life much easier and give me more time to spent with my family!!

I ordered a rug and sent it back for an exchange. The new one was more expensive so I paid the difference. I returned that as well but was only given a partial refund. Customer service kept giving me different excuses for my remaining return. They finally told me that the rug "did not pass our return policy check because of Minor Cleaning".

The rug was unfurled for about 5 minutes. Their returns system is completely arbitrary and obviously a way to keep your money. Rugs are expensive and it's horrific to treat their customers this way.

I’ve purchased several rugs (7) and have been so pleased, but this last one I am disappointed with the print quality….my others were vibrant and crisp and this one just doesn’t impress me….I’m sad as I was so looking forward to another cool rug.

Cool colors. Relatively inexpensive so you can change your mind or color or design when the mood strikes.

I own 4 ruggable rugs and just purchased two more. They wash up wonderfully and I would highly recommend them to all. I love them.

I ordered new rugs for our home that has an Open floor plan. 3 different sizes of the same pattern... (I thought)

The lines in the rug are different on the 3 X 5 has vertical lines and the 5X7 and 2X3 the lines are horizontal.

I was not aware that the rugs were different ... I thought I was ordering three of the same pattern just different sizes

When I contacted customer support they stated the rug were designed this way.

I'm based in Canada and recently bought a rug from them.

When the rug was delivered I immediately knew it was not the colour I was expecting. When looking to return I was told international customers are responsible for there own shipping (and they offer no refund for these costs).

I bough a 6x4 rug and the cost to ship back would be 50% of the rug costs! I'm sure they factored international shipping costs when selling me the rug. Surprised they're able to sell to Canadians without a fair return policy. From a customer experience perspective they should make this policy more evident at check out as well!

I have short term rentals. I LOVE these rugs because I can just throw them in the machine and then they come out ready to go! These are my go to rugs.

I will never go back to traditional rugs after using ruggable! My husband and I moved into our apartment, got our furniture and ordered a few rugs. A few days later we brought home our puppy and within minutes he went on the rug! I took it off, threw it in the wash, and within minutes of putting it back down. . he went again! That plus various accidents one expects with pets, this rug has more than proved its worth! All my rugs are now ruggable rugs! The ONLY downside for me, is because the toppers (at least the ones I have) are a bit thin, sometimes my vacuum snags. Not such a big deal.

I would leave a five star, but I need to reach someone with a problem I have. There is no phone # that I find, no email either. I'm trying to get into my account, says wrong PW, am I the only one that consistently has wrong PWs. : /
I purchased the 6' round rug. Absolutely LOVE it! Separately I purchased the pad. Love the pad, BUT; being pad is thicker than the rug and rug over laps pad about an inch or two, it looks crazy : ((
Plus it sets it up for someone to trip. I like the feel of the pad but I can't live with this curly look and accident to happen. How do I return the pad or is there a solution???
