The dining room chairs are great, lovely colors! sturdy! comfortable! All over a great deal, excellent customer service, this is my second order, adding to the group!

Just received my Ruggable order and it came in sooner than expected which was very exciting. It looks great and very true to the colors in the site images. I will be ordering more for other areas/seasons.

Difficult to access customer service. Their return fees are also abnormally high. I went back and forth with customer service for nearly two weeks trying to resolve a mix-up on their end, with multiple days where I got no response. Ultimately they cancelled my order and I was left irked with the entire experience --- all for a $189 doormat.

I have purchased both a small 3 X 5 rug and a runner. I purchased the small rug first because I wanted to be sure that the color and the design worked for me. There is a slight difference in color although the same design and color choice.
I purchased because the rugs lay flat and do not move. I also believed that they were washable.
So far, they do lay flat, even though the mat under the runner is too short.
They are not machine washable as some advertising implies. I am not looking forward to washing as directed on the label and hanging them out to dry. Also, one should use a vacuum with suction only. This is also not ideal.

Great product - this is my second rug. So easy to care for (and I have two cats). I will definitely be ordering more!

I am enjoying my new Ruggable. I liked my first one so much I ordered a second one. I love the selections. Customer service is great. I entered my shipping address incorrectly on my second shipment. I emailed customer service and they updated my shipping address within 24 hours.

Wow! These rugs are great. Not only are they made well and stand up to whatever amount of foot traffic you throw at them, they're washable too. Yep, you heard me right, they're washable. They wash and dry so nicely in your regular washer and dryer. I have them in every room of my house, from the 2'x3' untufted to the 9'x6' tufted and both types come out of the dryer looking and smelling brand new.
I love them so much I have purchased two sets for every room so I can change them up depending on the seasons. I'm totally sold on these rugs and am so glad a friend told me about them. I will put nothing else on my floors but Ruggable rugs.

I cannot say enough good about Ruggable Rugs. I currently own four 5'X7" rugs, two of which I've had for several years and they still wash up great. No fading or other damage. We've also had five dogs and a cat (only three dogs now), and the durability has been exceptional, so I ordered two more when we redecorated our living room. I also ordered two 2"X3" rugs for the bedside. Throwing these in the wash is the best part, especially when you have pets.

I bought a green carpet, they sent me a blue one. I bought two. They sent me one. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody answers the emails...

We have four ruggable rugs now and absolutely love them. They continue to improve with their design and function. I was hesitant to give them a try initially feeling that the quality may lack for a living room rug but I was not disappointed at all! It is beautiful and based on our other rugs it washes well. We have a small dog that occasionally likes to leave her mark. When the rug cleaner recommends to get one after the umpteenth cleaning you know you need to try it.

I love my runner and I have ordered another one and a rug for the entry way. I am quite old and have removed my other rugs so I won't fall. These are super safe and look nice. I am very happy!

I am thrilled with the three ruggables I have bought and have just ordered a fourth. I have a doormat with the heavy duty rubber under frame that the carpet fits into. It is a brilliant design and looks great. I also bought a plush carpet for the bedroom and you would never know that it is washable. A small mat for a hall is equally good. More purchases are in the plans.

I love the Ruggable Rugs. Not only do they have beautiful designs, great quality, fast service BUT these rugs are washable! Such a game changer! Highly recommend!

Ruggable has repeatedly delivered exceptional products. I now have 7 of their rugs which get heavy traffic from an active family. Even with spills such as 5 eggs the kitchen rug is put in the washer and comes out perfectly. The company delivers what it promises.

Love these rugs! I have 4 in my house and just purchased the doormat. So easy to wash! Have had for 2 years and they have been washed multiple times because they are in high traffic areas. Still look as good today as the first day I got them!

I have multiple rugs. Each one easily washes up and looks great. They are as good as advertised!

I love being able to have multiple rugs to exchange be throughout the year on a single pad. That way I can afford to buy more!

We have a winter home in AZ. The end of the summer we had a bad slab leak before we were out there. We ended up having to have our kitchen, laundry, liv rm, family rm & half bath all completely torn up & floors replaced, etc. Because I had all Ruggables on the floors, I was able throw them all in the washer & they came out almost like new!! Saved a lot of destroyed rugs & money!!

Ruggable rugs are so convenient to clean, look great, & hold up to the wear of 5 hound dogs.
When I needed a new rug before Christmas, they were my go to site where I could search by size & color with ease.

Love that you can wash these rugs but they don't last long. I've followed instructions but rugs are curling up. Loved our fluffy rug but the pile was ruined after one wash. Looks like an old, used teddy bear. Need to do more work on improving the washability and durability.
