So far, I’ve been very pleased with the two farmhouse rugs I’ve bought. I opted to go for the standard pad underneath as I didn’t feel there was a big difference between the standard and the more padded one, especially for the ~$200 price difference. I just ordered my third rug and am looking forward to it arriving. I’ve washed the rugs I currently have with no problems at all and the stain I had on one came right out.

I was so excited to receive my first Ruggable . The colours were exactly what I expected and the extra cushion was perfect for our kitchen runner !

I'm gradually replacing as many rugs as possible with Ruggable rugs (I'm up to six so far). The color and design of the Ruggables are so vibrant and eye-catching. I bought other "washable" rugs and they were terrible (felt cheap/looked cheap/worse after washing). After a two-week get-together with three adults and two dogs, my Ruggables were dirty and so tired. Popped them into the washer and voila, good as new! Plus, spills wipe up easily and my iRobot rolls over them just fine! Ruggables make my life just a little easier.

Love these rugs! They elevate the look of the space and appear to be great quality! I have ordered 5 to-date and love them!

Love my new patio rug. Had to order samples to determine color choice, but it's absolutely perfect for my covered patio. Customer service was very helpful in exchanging a rug that didn't work and the ability to order samples helped me avoid a second issue. My delivery was timely and it was very easy to place the pad and rug. I have recommended this to many of my friends.

I have 19 of these rugs… outdoor, front door mats, bath mats, runners, and round rugs. I love that you can wash them and have different rugs for the seasons. That said, my Navy outdoor rug is now purple and there’s no way I can roll it up everyday to keep it out of the elements. And one runner’s edges refuse to lay flat and is a trip hazard. The 10 ft runner in my kitchen travels each day so I’m forever moving it back in place. I was disappointed in the response I got from customer service about 2 of the issues, and I haven’t tried to speak to anyone about the color change in the outdoor rug as I already know what their answer will be…keep it out of the sun…I live in Texas!!

Do not buy from this company! The worst Customer Service experience ever! You cannot speak to a person and they do not respond to emails! Run to anywhere but here!

As an Interior Designer, I was sceptical at first but am quite impressed with these rugs. The ease of keeping them clean is superb!

I received the Kaden Amber Red Rug, the 2"x 3" doorway size this week. I bought the traditional thinkness and regular pad as our side door will be traveling over it. It's a lovely red and has cleaned up great after a few vacuums, much as I expected. This is my third Ruggable, and my second doorway entry rug, and am very pleased with the quality and how easy it is to throw it in the laundry after tracking in dirt and grim from the outdoors.

Just purchased my second ruggable. I have cats and being able to wash that first rug in my washer and dryer was just great. Replacing my living room rug with a ruggable now.

I’ve bought LOTS of Ruggable rugs…indoor, outdoor, mats, everything, and I love them! It always amazes me how well my white rug in our living room washes out after my family with 3 young kids destroys it! We also have the levity table and 6 chairs and it is also very impressive.

Well, to begin, the quality of the rugs is first rate. Also the customer service is absolutely amazing. Very rare now a day!!! I will always promote and order from this company!!!!😊

Easy to order. Ships fast. Love these rugs. We now have several. With five rescues (4 seniors), these rugs save me a lot of time (easy to wash and dry), and money (no professionals cleaning bills).

I just love these rugs! I just ordered my 6th one. I love how easy they are to take care of. I love how durable they are. We have one in our RV and it gets so abused and I just throw it in the washer and it looks like the day I bought it. If I had one complaint, it’s that once you get to a larger size rug it gets hard to get it on the pad without wrinkles. You have to work with it for a minute. Much easier with two people. Highly recommend these rugs!

All of my Ruggables are gorgeous and high quality! I have 4 cats who like to puke on the rugs versus hardwood, a baby and a husband (aka another baby) and its nice knowing I can wash my rugs at anytime! LOVE RUGGABLE!

I love my rugs! I am slowly replacing all my area rugs in my house with Ruggable rugs. I was nervous when I purchased my first one that they would start to curl at the edges after I washed them the first time. They have now been washed 4 times over the last year (I have three dogs) and not a curl in sight. I highly recommend these rugs.

We have between 9-11 rugs now. I change all of ours out seasonally and we love them. We have three dogs and a four year old and even our oldest rugs look nearly brand new. I wash them 1-2x/month and the colors are still vibrant!

We’ve only had two times we’ve had issues and Ruggable fixed them both times. Once I got the corner of a rug stuck in the vacuum and it tore the edging and they sent me a replacement! The other time I got two of the same rug rather than two different ones and they sent me the right one and didn’t ask me to return my duplicate!

We will always get more Ruggable rugs! The new padding and designs just keep getting better and better!

We have dogs AND clean rugs-wow!! Our newest addition is the fantastic Iris Apfel Feathered Friends 8’x10’ rug and we love it!! We continue to add Ruggable rugs to our home because the styles are so great and of course we can wash them. Our oldest rug is 3 years, and after several washings and daily vacuuming it still looks new. We have five 8’x10’ area rugs and just ordered a 3’x5’ for our entryway. Needless to say we love Ruggable rugs!!

The clarity on the website. The photo of the rugs. The fact that I can clean them in my home with a washing machine at anytime. The multitude of design options. My background is rugs and furniture and I highly recommend Ruggables if you are a parent to an animal or child. Have allergies or asthma then choose a rug that can be washed in your home.

The most recent purchase was a terrible almost traumatic event. The company didn’t deliver as promised, communicating with the company is arduous considering there are no phone numbers to call and speak to a live person and the back and forth email communications was patronizing at best. The rugs are almost inferior quality at an average price point. I am definitely going back to pottery barn where customer satisfaction is high on their priority list. Regretfully I did business with this wishy washy company and suggest that people shop elsewhere like home goods or pottery barn, even Amazon. It’s just not worth the aggravation trying to return or exchange an item with this company. It’s not likely that they would be around much longer at this rate. Stay away unless you like aggravation and unnecessary anxiety!!!
